Incredible customer service!I bought a Diffuser from this company over 3 years ago and I noticed that it had started to clog up and smell so I took it to Dusk at Chermside and the 2 young ladies behind the front desk spent a good 20 minutes cleaning it for me! no charge and no receipt required...Just good customer service with a smile.Keep up the good work :)

I have been coming to this store way over a decade for my candles, melts ,reeds, and diffuser supplies . Last Sunday, I attended this branch to purchase supplies. They have a buy 2 and get 3rd one free. So I got my 2 lots of tealight scented candles bulk packs and 2 lots of the reed sticks, which was displayed right in front of the cashier. I got my free packet of reed sticks . However, upon opening the carry bag which they placed all my purchases I noticed that the 3rd packet of reed sticks was not sealed instead they wrapped in it tissue paper and sticky tape the top as it was also missing a lid. The staff and the manager on duty never said a word about missing or half an empty packet. I tried to get back to the shop but the shop already closed for the day. I returned the following day, which was a total waste of my time. The manager on duty never apologised for her share of dishonesty and blamed her staff. I hate dishonesty .

Awesome store. Woman who served me was lovely & items were at a good price point. Plenty of sales (might just be the time of year?), but great service regardless.

Staff are pushy and rude. Entered the store today, by which I mean I was standing at the entrance having not even walked in fully. One of the girls comes up to me and says “hi how are you?” Very loudly, so I answer “fine thanks, how are you?”Instead of responding to my question she said in the same loud and overly pushy sales voice “can I help you with anything?”When I calmly explained to her that I work in customer service and this wasn’t a polite response, she stared at me and didn’t respond, so I left.Every time I go into the store recently, I am immediately approached loudly and multiple times by multiple staff members. It is not a large store. You can at least wait until people have walked inside.

Nice range of products, good quality, but it’s not an Asian friendly environment. They will ignore you, no greeting, no help like you’re invisible if you’re an Asian.

Website said they had stock. Long drive...Went it, they didn't. That needs fixing.

I always get AMAZING service when I come into this Dusk. Special shout out to Jess! She's always so positive and willing to help and the best part is she always does it with a smile!

Happy with my purchase, definitely gonna come back. Also thanks to the helpful sales assistant. Cheers
