We recently just finished our lease with Halo under River Chu. We would have loved to stay longer but the owners are moving back into their place. River has been very helpful from day one. She's very quick on replying back to all my questions that I had throughout the year as a tenant. Also we were under immense stress on moving out to our new place as the lease was finishing in a couple of days and we only got they new keys to the new place. She was understanding of our situation and was able to help out to give us extra time to move out. Again thank you River for everything! Appreciate everything what you have done for us! Halo has a excellent staff on board. Don't lose her! :)

Rented for 2 years with this agency.Absolutely horrendous.Few things were broken in our apartment and it took 1.5 years to get it fixed and it took almost literally a phone call every day to ask for a repairs person to come over, then after 2 months of asking Danny came himself with some glue to fix a broken tap in the kitchen like are you kidding me???.Then when a repairs person finally came he was only available on Sundays and evening which is stupid.Customer service is zero, River and Danny are both rude, never answer their phone or reply to emails and just don't care about you after you've moved in.The amount of frustration this agency has caused me and my partner is ridiculous.I don't recommend you to anyone.

River and her team have been looking after my portfolio for the last few years, and I cannot recommend them enough! They are always very quick to attract high quality tenants who have kept my properties in pristine condition, and to my knowledge the Halo team is always responsive and helpful with tenant enquiries and requests. With Halo your property would be in great hands!

Just bought my own property after 3 years renting. Have to say good-bye to my agent. Thanks for Halo Realty. Has been giving me countless helps during my leasing in an old house. There were so many troubles for the house, leaking, door damaging, windows didn't close properly etc etc. Every time River has given me help immediately, doesn't matter weekend or at night time. Thank you!

No matter how much you love the apartment, or how much you think you want to live in a property leased by this agency - DONT DO IT! Terrible leasing agency, Danny and Co. will make up damages to keep your bond. Thankfully NSW have a fair service to ensure shady leasing agencies like this one can't steal your money. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I would rate 0 if I could they never communicate ( office line never works and their pc is always down when they don't want to attend emails), never respected tenant's right i don't even know how they even exist as a companyIf I had the time I would have gone further and gave a good lesson how the the law appliesRiver act tough to get what she want but forgets she is speaking with adult. Customer service is 0I don't recommend this real estate to anyone better to deal with the landlord directly they have a terrible serviceThey overcalculate bond with out showing invoice, please please ask the deduction receipts before agreeing to the bond claim amountI am writing this review with evidence not hate on anyone but their service and manner

Have had River to manage my investment property for years. Hassle free. Everything has been taken care of. No complaints. Easy and friendly communication. Highly recommended!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Had the displeasure of dealing with river chu a few years back as a tenant. Completely unprofessional.Firstly she gave me a different apartment than what they showed me initially, which I HAD to take as there were no other available apartments in the building and I had already cancelled the lease and returned the keys to my other apartment.Second, when I eventually cancelled my lease as I was moving interstate, River dropped all contact when I requested my bond to be released. When I threatened to go to NCAT after 6 months she finally replied and said she no longer worked at the company??There were a bunch of bogus cleaning fee charges that were taken out of my bond (though I already had the apartment professionally cleaned before I returned the keys), but at least I got half my bond back.Terrible property manager, terrible company would not ever recommend doing any kind of business with them, ever.

If your going to rent with Halo realty don’t expect civil commission from owners and property managers. Hands down the worst agency I’ve rented through in my 15 years of renting. Currently my business have been suffering from covid19 restriction, before even communicating negotiations for going forward they applied to NCAT to evict with clear knowledge this is in breach of the current memorandum. I had to get fair trade to step in who after accessing all the information favoured my situation. BEWARE..
