This butcher has the best meat ever. We travel full time and my driver eats meat all the time I don't really eat it, but since discovering this butcher I have eaten my fair share. Fair dimkum meats are full of flavour and tender. We have had rolled beef in the camp oven , moist flavorful, yum our guest all commented on how great the meat was, then we had the the marinated ribs ohhhhhhhh wow 3 ribs between 2 of us, I couldnt finish 1 and the man couldn't finish 2 there was so much meat on those ribs and he NEVER leaves food on the plate and the only other thing he had on the plate was a cob of corn cooked with the ribs.The guys in the shop are extremely helpful with knowledge of the origin of there meats and tips for cooking .SPOIL YOURSELF ,GO BUY YOURSELF A PIECE OF MEAT.

Best pork sausages in town and they sell real bacon

One thing I've learned travelling around Australia is that not all butchers sell good meat, This place charged me $34 kg for Rump steak that was as tuff as old boots, hope my Lamb loin chops, sausages and patties are better than this rubbish, very disappointed

We have travelled across Australia .. tried many butcher shops on our way, only to be so disappointed with their products .. Bacon you couldn't chew to pork sausages the crows wouldn't eat. When we arrived in Emerald we once again tried the local butcher .. So glad we did.We both highly recommend this wonderful place .. great products .. wonderful people.Highly recommend their pork sausages . Yum yumKeep up the great work.Ian and Ellen Weston
