Trepheena was by far the most understanding and knowledgeable person that helped us with our dog. We had adopted a 6 year old Bull Arab X from a rescue organisation and as his personality started to come out, he started being incredibly aggressive towards people. Being left high and dry by the rescue organisation, we went through a number of training organisations and couple of 'behaviourists' that were no help at all. We finally came across Trepheena, through a recommendation of a dog trainer who immediately recognised that our boy needed some serious help. She is definitely an expert in her field and I would not hesitate to recommend her. She was a lovely person, incredibly sympathetic and exactly the help and expertise that we needed during some very tough times.

Attentive staff and a great place to get help and an extra hand to make your pets life better. My dog always had some anxiety problems and I always felt she was unwelcome in vets. Now I felt is welcome there and she has started her treatment for a better life. Thanks!
