Had my car repaired under insurance. They took care of everything and when parts were delayed they communicated this. Would recommend

I brought my sons car to this business 2 months ago for a quote to fix what I would consider to be a minor repair to the boot lid. The bloke wanted to replace the whole rear hatch, when I told him i wasn’t covering it through insurance he seemed to develop a bit of a change in his attitude.I said can’t you just panel beat the ding out? And he said “oh yeah I s’pose we could”. He took all my details and off I went, I waited nearly 4 weeks and didn’t hear boo from them, when I rang to follow up they couldn’t find my quote, or remember that I had even been there.They apologised and said to bring the car back and they’ll redo it all. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I turned up this afternoon over an hour before closing time and was promptly told “nah we can’t do it today”. They didn’t suggest to bring it back tomorrow, or to book it in etc, they were just disinterested altogether. The bloke didn’t even look up and make eye contact with me. Needless to say, I won’t be back, there’s plenty of reputable panel beaters around.

Mike and his team did a great repair on my ute after i took out a roo at 100kms an hour, true to his word the car was done and ready when he said it would be.I am happy to highly recommend these guys, although i hope i dont have another accident if i do i know where i will be taking my ute

Unfinished repairs done by this business under insurance cover witch they claim is complete will have to go to reliable repair company now. Thanks much appreciated.

Have used Arizona Smash Repairs for all of my car's and I am always happy with the work they have done. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the staff will talk to you about any questions you have. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Done as good of a job as you would expect, however I had a plastic bag pushed up under my seat which i forgot to remove before leaving with Arizona Smash Repairs, when i picked the car up the bag had been found, pulled out, opened, the items used and one of them broken, they didn't even try to cover their tracks just left it all on the floor broken. They had no reason to go under my seat, they obviously ransacked the car looking for money or anything of value that wouldn't be missed and came across this on their raid. I Also had a picture of my young children stuck to my dash which was removed and is nowhere to be found, it concerns me as to what type of creep decided to take that. If you choose to use Arizona Smash Repairs be sure you leave nothing of value in the car as they seemingly treat everything as their own whilst they are doing the repairs, including family photos, even if all the repairs to be done are outside of the car.

Jeep SUV repaired under insurance. Front lower plastic bumper and its adaptive cruse control radar module (Bosh) replaced with new parts. Insurer would prefer new parts and not repaired parts so job will not come back. Happy with service. Would used again.

Got my car in for a minor repair to bumper, picked up car 3 days later to find paint on passenger seat. I notified the receptionist and car was taken into shop, the leather seat was scrubbed to the point of permanent damage to the leather. The owner Mike bought back the car and argued that the paint was already there, he then walked off twice and non apologetic. If you can’t find another mechanic take a photo of every single seat, panel, tyre etc etc. It’s time for the miserable old soul Mike to retire

The female owner is incredibly rude. If you value being spoken to with common courtesy, don't interact with her. Although the male owner was pleasant, thankfully I did not go ahead as I got quoted a significantly lower price elsewhere. Shop around.
