The staff always try their best to satisfy your requests and find whatever it is you're looking for. There will be times that there's no stock of particular items or the team member doesn't know where the product is that you're looking for. That's life, get over it. I've only had peasant experiences at this store.

Still pays to shop around. Paid $20 less for 4 litres gloss paint same brand and $10 less for sheet of plywood from other providers. Better quality products from others as well.

Try and get RP7 with the superior spray nozzle, its disappeared from your shelves and only WD40 products are available - there's a problem with the wd40 nozzles, I used the PTFE after buying it twice and the head separated from.the can, I had to push it down again - there's always a problem with the wd40 nozzle/ heads. Bunnings say they have RP7 but when you get there it's nowhere to be seen. You need an ecosystem of choice when it comes to spray lubricant

Lovely quick visit today. Very helpful knowledgeable assistant in garden section. Went only for spray, but came home with seedlings & plant also !! Thank you Bunnings !

Friendly staff, great people and range.I really wish they would sort out the self service checkout!!!It never seems to be open and when asked about it the staff said it was an issue with staff numbers.It gets frustrating when the tool shop is the only checkout available and there is a big line up.It seems like an easy fix but is alway an issue.Sort it out please Bunnings!!!!

I absolutely love my Ryobi 36 V cordless lawn mower which was merely 2 years old. It has been reliable, so easy to use and constantly used to mow not only my lawns but my neighbours nature strip and my two children's yards. It suddenly stopped before Xmas. It was under warranty, so I went back to Bunnings.Rob in the lawn mower section (Fairfield) helped me so professionally, courteously, knowledgeably and generously. I am very grateful for his help and genuine assistance. He also helped me understand how to maintain electric equipment, which I had little experience with.Thank you Rob, you make Bunnings service provision, exceptional.
