I bought an item on the internet that had a click and collect option for delivery to this shop. I'm disabled and got my support worker to go and get it for me to save my ndis time. But she tried twice and the owner a rude unhelpful person looked he said through his deliveries and said it wasn't there. So I went in person a 3rd time, with all my proof of delivery, he refused to as he put it waste his time again as it isn't there". And even during serving me

Never get a parcel sent to this place 2 x times both with drama’s, i am currently still trying to locate the whereabouts of my parcel after being notified it had been received by Minto Marketplace Newsagency. When questioning the owner where it is all i got was a number to call to track it & told they haven’t seen it. They have parcels sitting around on the floor with no security & anyone can just take it. The owner is very rude & should never run a business. 1 star is generous.

I would give this news agency/the owner -5 stars if I could.I had a DHL parcel rerouted from my home address to the Minto Marketplace Newsagency. This was because I would not be home to pick up the package and DHL offered the option to pick up the item from one of their associated businesses. The closest one for me was this business.I went to the newsagent and the owner asked me in very broken English to provide the details of the delivery. I provided him the details I had received by sms and showed him the delivery details on the DHL website. However, he was asking for a pin. I barely understood what he was saying, firstly because he had very poor English skills and secondly because he was shouting the instructions to me. He was frustrated from the very beginning and even snatched my phone and ID from me when I first was providing him my details.Whilst I was trying to be served, he also served SIX other customers. I was not given any priority. Most likely because what I was there for did not make him any money. He ignored me, communicated very poorly and shouted at me in front of other customers when I could not understand what he was saying about the pin. Mind you, I had tried to clarify and understand what he was saying by POLITELY asking him questions. In the end he was able to have the pin sent to me by sms and shouted at me to look at my messages in his poor communication style.I would also like to note all the DHL packages were in a messy pile on the floor behind the counter. No security, order or care was taken with these packages. The items in my package were worth $1200.I implore you not to have any deliveries rerouted to Minto Marketplace Newsagency and perhaps avoid this business altogether as my prior experience in making purchases there has also been very poor. DHL does offer other locations for pick up in the Minto/Campbelltown area. I strongly recommend you go there.The owner does not care for his customers, is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I will also be making a formal complaint to DHL and the other provider through which the Newsagency is associated.I hope this review helps you when you choose to do business here.

Very rude behaviour by the guy attending to the customers. Today I visited the agency for recharge of my 2 opal cards. He got the payment of 40$ from my bank account but recharged only one card with 20$. He has cheated me as I found my other card not charged with 20$. I am a senior citizen and such behaviour is just ridiculous How can I get me money back

Worst service ever, male staff very rude and gets upset every time I went there for western union money transfer. Hard to believe this business still exists with such a bad customer service.

If I could rate this pl zero stars I would. Man with the glasses is very rude. No manners, disprespectful and arrogant. Has no idea how to deal with customers. Yells alot and makes the situation worse. Will never ever have my mail delivered here. Leaves packages behind the front counter with no security. Hes also a liar. Made me feel incompetant. I told him I will never come back there. This place should be ashamed of how they treat people. Shame on you minto market place for having this type of behavior in a busisness in a mall I enjoy.

I've been dealing with this people ( especially the owner) for several times now. They are just plain rude! I had my $1500 camera dropped of there. I was worried that it was lost somewhere as I did not receive any messages regarding its whereabouts and this people just treat you like you are some kind of intruder, when all you want is to get your stuff. Awful, snappy, ostentatious. Really don't want to deal with them anymore.

The staff is very rude ,no manners, disprespectful and arrogant.No customers service skills whatsoever.Will never ever have my package delivered here, go to Minto post office,buy lotto online and purchase stationery at Woolworths instead going to this sorry excuse of a shop.

I have attended this newsagent regularly for the past few years, the staff have been pleasant & helpful & occasionally the owner will tell a humorous story. Well worth a visit.

2 staff members actually shouted at my daughter when she politely requested they not touch her belongings while collecting a parcel during lockdown. Neither was wearing masks properly (over chin, not covering mouth/nose), or offered to use gloves or sanitiser.They insisted on handling both her phone and license, even though neither was necessary to verify her identity, under threat of sending her parcel back and making her repay for delivery.Absolute disgrace; avoid at all costs.
