Very very bad. Don't go there! I have car service on Friday and broken down on Sat on freeway. I was told it's safe to drive car on freeway which almost killed me. If you want to stay safe, don't go this shop.

Very helpful staff, happy to spend that bit extra time explaining something or showing you. They were honest with me when I didn’t need to spend money on something and I appreciated that. Would definitely recommend them to any other female motorist who are looking for a mechanic they can trust. Also their services come with free road side assistance for a year and flybuys points so are a good deal.

Great experience getting our tyre puncture repaired. Just called up and they were able to fit it in between other jobs. They called when it was ready and I was able to come and get it when I was next free. Being a hot day, was really pleased that they'd thoughtfully parked it in the shade. When I went in to collect keys and pay, the man kindly said not to worry about payment as it was just a quick job. Felt touched and blessed, as it's stressful enough getting a puncture, worrying about tyre going flat and being stuck in the heat far from home! Shop is also conveniently located next to Shell petrol, so could top up before leaving. Thanks for your generous service.

Thank you so much Tony and the team & MyCar Randwick !I got a flat tyre on Sunday and was fortunate enough to be driving by MyCar at the time. I parked there, called the team the next morning, and picked up my car, tyre replaced no issue, all for a very very reasonable price.It also really helped that the Metro station is very close to their shop.Thank you so much for making it so easy, and I look forward to coming back!!!
