Firstly, read the other reviews that warn about this Agency because we can confirm from our experience that all the warnings are valid. We have rented several other properties without issue but Blackwater Real Estate leave descent tenants no other option but fight their bs. And a final word of warning, in their rental 'agreement' they tick the box that says that notice isn't to be sent to them by email but notice can be sent to the tenant by email. They use this as a means to email you to TELL you that the landlord is accessing the property the next day. They try to say that the time of email is when the 24 hours starts...Don't fall for it. If you are desperate and have no other choice but to deal with this Agency then stipulate that they can't serve notices by email. They are sly, underhanded and incompetent....tenant beware!

Being property owners in town we trusted our rental with Toni due to the new ownership take over of the business. We have been more than pleased with how Toni conducts the management of our property, she is always keeping in touch with us with any updates. She found some excellent tenants for us with a great weekly rental price and everything has been a smooth transition. Highly recommended.

If I had read these reviews I might have saved myself a headache.. I moved in to a house last thursday and on inspection found the living room aircon was not working and cover held on by sticky tape. When I rang the office Brittany told me I needed to put in a maitenance request. Angela told me I could drop back the keys if I wanted with movers five minutes away..I can understand why Brittany stood two feet in front of the aircon when she showed me the place.. Convenient covid for some.. Horrid people.

The hardest choice on this review is that I still have to give one star. My experience with Blackwater Real Estate was not very good as Toni was not helpful at all and didnt reply to emails properly or nicely. She was very unprofessional on the phone and shouldnt be in that position at all I wouldnt recommend her as a property manager. I spoke to Dee at Vision Real Estate and she awsome and helped me get into a property with ease and no stress. Thankyou Vision, your loss Blackwater Real Estate bad management issues.
