Friendly staff. Easy access.

The lady that did the blood was excellent very friendly and professional, however the receptionist was rude and uncaring I did have a heavy cough but I put my hand over my mouth and turned my head, she said you will need to wear this mask we have cancer patients here thry don't need to get sick, there was no emphathy towards me, the lady that took my blood was great made a joke with me, the unfriendly receptionist made me feel like I had the plague and told me when I came out that I could put the mask In their bin

I took my 8 year old for bloods and he was petrified due to a past bad experience at a different clinic. Karen and Brenda worked together to calm my son and did a wonderful job taking his blood. It was quick, painless and they showed care, empathy and kindness. In future, I won’t go anywhere else. A+ customer service and care. Thanks ladies!

The most friendly and easy going staff. On a cold and miserable morning when I was grumpy and unwell the staff made me feel better just by radiating their positive attitude.

I attended this practise Saturday 11th February 2023 & i was disgusted at the way a nurse, who i believe was named Brenda, spoke to the patients in the waiting room, myself included. She showed no compassion towards any of us. Even when she called number 5 seen it was me and refused to take my bloods. No i had done nothing wrong except ask her to talk to me privately about why i was there & not in the middle of the waiting room. Yes i understand you might be short staffed, yes i understand your over worked, you shouldnt take it out in the patients. One gentleman was a chemo patient & the way she spoke to him was so rude he didnt deserve that. Where is the compassion, people who attend these places are sick, scared of needles etc be kind Brenda

The nurses were sensitive, caring and respectful, I'm very happy with my consultation.
