I would give it no stars if I could..Budget car insurance sent my car there when their customer pulled out in front of me on a roundabout..Days after picking it up I kept noticing more things that weren’t right.Initially it was that the bonnet wasn’t straight and the gaps between it and the bumper had massive differences but when I noticed my parking sensors weren’t working I had to get it checked by Brisbane accident repair centre who noticed even more than me.They broke my passenger weather shield changing the mirror to a different colour, the radiator support was bashed straight and not painted, they moved the front right fender to make the bonnet look more like it fit when it actually didn’t, they changed my lug nuts for shorter ones so then only half of each nut on the front left wheel was holding it on. I got a new left headlight which they cracked installing and they oddly point in different directions. My transmission now changes like it’s full of doorknobs, there should be an extra piece of air intake before the air filter box which is missing, and I suspect they were driving it for their personal use because most peculiarly, the plastic handle of my handbrake which no longer works is missing, and they broke the door of my sunglasses holder in the roof, and I am bewildered why my fuel cap (not flap) needed to be replaced with one that didn’t even turn in the cars socket, therefore didn’t lock into place.I told them the lines didn’t match and the guy tried to use brute strength to wrestle the bonnet shut in front of me and wind out the rubbers underneath to straighten it and when that didn’t work he dropped the bonnet closed from full height, told me that’s how to shut it and that I have been shutting it wrong this whole time.

Cheapest quote and spotless job.Even detailed car in/out.3 weeks wait, given the circumstances it's a very short wait.Dropped the car Tuesday 9am, picked it up in like-new conditions today, Thursday, at 230pm.Cant recommend it enough.

My car was stolen from home and then damaged quiet badly by some miscreants . They insurance company took 3 months after the car was found to send it to repairs. I insisted to the insurance That they fix the car instead of writing it off.They sent it to Cambridge smash repairs for fixing the car. Bruce and his team were kind and helpful in explaining the process of getting my car fixed as this was my first insurance claim ever. They did an excellent job with the car and went over and above to make sure my car was fixed to its old condition.My car looks beautiful as before and drives well too. Bunch of legends . Used Cambridge Car Collision after getting our car assessed and could not fault the service and the job done. Many thanks to Kathy in the office keeping us up to date on what happens next and even when there was a delay she kept us in the loop. Would recommend. Very happy outcome.

Be careful / always get a second quote! Cambridge Collision Centre quoted my partner $1,300 to remove, repair, paint and refit a number of parts/panels after she caused a minor scrape while reversing out of our garage. Thinking this and the giant list of works they included in the quote seemed a bit over the top, she took it to Gabba Collisions to get a second quote. Within 5 minutes and without removing a single part, they had pulled out the dent and buffed out 95% of the visible paint damage. Gabba Collisions then provided a reasonable quote of $300 to repaint the parts that actually needed repainting. How's that for a different approach to business?

Was sent here from budget direct, thry didn't colour match my front quarter the refitted front bumper doesn't sit properly, and I had a knocking in the steering come back after 1hr of driving.The receptionist was rude and condesending, and nobody gave 2 Fs on par with budget direct, now I have to spend at least 2k to repair a job that didn't get done properly in the first place.

Had d/s mirror replaced to a fold in mirror. Helpful staff. No problems with fitting a replacement that took 10 mins. Also repaired my vehicle 2 years ago and very happy with the quality. Highly recommended for any insurance work.

Horrific, incompetent and dodgy. They failed to fix my fiancés car after multiple trips back and have been messing her around, and misleading her. Places like this give mechanics a bad name. Steer clear!
