I was blessed to find Bernice and have been seeing her for 5 months now. Initially I sought help for my post-partum hormones, discomfort from endometriosis and painful menstrual cycle. Not only have I experienced a dramatic reduction in my symptoms and pain but my cycle is now a normal length. My energy and vitality have increased, I am enjoying quality sleep and my mental clarity has returned! Each session is tailored perfectly to my needs and I can feel the benefits of the treatment during and after the session. Bernice really is a one of kind practitioner!

I have been seeing Bernice for over 5 years whilst in Sydney. I’ve found her Japanese acupuncture technique really effective for my liver and spleen issues. She’s also really gentle with the needles! She’s great at explaining things - an excellent communicator, esp for someone like me that wants to logically understand anything before I try it. Her advice on diet, sleep, breathing and posture has all been very practical and focused. I envy those of you living in Canberra. You’re getting a great practitioner! Sydney’s loss, Camberra’s gain!!

Bernice is amazing, I was lucky to be referred to her by a friend after a not so great experience with another acupuncturist. From the moment I first met Bernice I was in awe of her gentle, individualised approach, genuine care and skill, she truly is a fantastic practitioner. I saw her for both migraines and fertility. Since I started seeing Bernice my migraines are much more manageable and I am 6 weeks away from having baby number 2! She truly has been a blessing, you won't regret seeing her.
