Dropped in monday, customer service was excellent, the girl that served me was great, I’m very picky with food but Sam was great! I stayed and had a conversation with her made my day, will definitely be backSam is a superstar!

Visited this afternoon and when asked the lady in store to make a veggie delite platter she was quite not happy to make it.Also she put frozen falafels in the subs.She didn’t even bother to heat them up.Not happy with the ways they deal with the customer even when there was no one else in the store.

I attended Cessnock store today and was disgusted. The woman did not change her gloves and in fact ran them along the chopping board, before grabbing my bread and tearing it apart with contaminated gloves. On moving to the next service area the young man was seen to be using the register with gloves on, and proceeded to add the salads to my sandwich and ringing up the order. $7.50 to be thrown straight into the bin.

last time i went to subway cessnock found a bone in my chicken schnitzel, have had a couple times where they have forgotten to put my schnitzel on the sub.

Excelente service!! Josh’s a legend! Best costumer service ever!. We’re a family of 6 and he had the best “can do” actitud. We wish all the places had a “Josh” serving costumers! Highly recommended!
