Had a great experience as a buyer dealing with Bazzo as the selling agent for our recent property purchase!Peter was lovely to deal with right from the first inspection, and kept us informed and updated the whole way through the buying process. As first home buyers we were quite nervous hearing horror stories about selling agents only having the seller's interests in mind, but Peter blew all those preconceptions out of the water! Jo in administration also went above and beyond to answer all our questions, and was just a genuine bubbly delight to hear from. We loved the personal communication style, seemed like a business that truely cared about delivering the best outcome to all involved in the sale.Even gifted us a beautiful basket when we came to pick up the keys.

An absolute nightmare to deal with as tenants in the end. Agents are extremely unprofessional, unreasonable and condescending and take the corrupt reputation of the Property Management industry to its elite level. Very bad experience for such good tenants. Please beware leasing from this agency, may appear nice and friendly initially but you won’t get any communication at all and don’t except a fair return of your bond no matter how good of tenants you are.

I have always had a great experience with Bazzo real estate over the years of living in Ballajura, Peter and Julie Reid are very knowledgable in the real estate industry and have provided some excellent advice. Omg run away if you see Bazzo real estate in Ballajura. Unprofessional, rude and I thought as a tenant I had dealt with bad property managers. As a landlord they were below standard and didnt do their basic job once they got us a tenant. Rental inspection reports had no date change just a copy and paste of old ones including same photos ( ie should of been fine sunny day but the photos had rain). No communication when our property manager changed to either ourselves or the tenants so your emailing with no reply. It was ok for them to try to sell us (expecting us to make a decision on the phone on a sunday afternoon) with their rental roll but when we wanted to leave Julie was so rude and unprofessional not only to us but our new property manager. She didnt understand the termination clause in her own contract. The only thing they did right was get us a great tenant ( forunate for us) and pay on time. Otherwise they forgot to chase up outstanding bills or notify us of maintence issues. Paid money off another property bills instead of ours and when we raised it was told its not their fault. I wont even start on the buying process of our investment which they were the seller/builder of and tried to charge us their strata insurance on the property at settlement with no strata. We had to threaten legal action to get a refund. My advice is stay away.

An Extremely unprofessional agency.We leased a property through this agency, it has since taken over 8 week to settle / release our bond - and we feel we were robbed of 2/3s of our bond. The property manager lacked all communication during this process, as well as being extremely rude - to the point of hanging up on me when I had phoned to follow up on update due to her lack of communication. We left this property immaculately (stated by the agency). They were an absolute nightmare to reason / deal with.It's agencies like this that give property managers a bad name, as well as give tenants and investors doubt to trust this industry.Beware!
