We recently used Marx Creative to help us launch our new business, Mason Finance Group.What a fantastic team! They had all the right ideas when it came to branding, setting up website, promotional material etc. I could not fault the service of Marx, and we will be definitely using them again for future marketing.If you are looking for a marketing company that truly values the customer, then look no further than Marx!

I have worked with MARX design for a number of years and have found the more recent experiences to be well below standard.The manager/owner of the business generally fails to follow direction and when the design work is presented he charges for the changes. The company doesn't seem to grasp basic marketing concepts, and seems more suited to simple Real Estate type brochures.On two occasions I have been rushed into paying their invoices and both projects have ended up in the bin, as the finished product was well below my expectations.At no time was i interested or did I request a refund, I simply asked if Marx was happy to come up with a solution to improve what they had provided more in line with the quality of my business, which they refused.While the companies designer will always tell you their work is fantastic, I know a number of companies on the coast who would agree with me that his company does not have the skills to develop long term ideas and high end marketing products and concepts.I have since been bombarded with threats from the owner at Marx to take this review down which is a reflection of how their company reacts to their customers when they are dissatisfied.

The team at Marx have been looking after Savvy Business Sales marketing since 2014. These guys are at the top of their game with cutting edge design and outstanding creative. Mark immerses himself into each job to ensure he has a clear understanding of what he is dealing with and the direction required.
