Heritage Riding

i love riding at heritage, the people there are so amazing and made me feel so welcome when i started riding there! it is clear that all the staff have a passion for looking after the horses and are highly educated in how to do so. i have been given so many great oppurtunities in my time there and overall it is a great experience for all. i highly recomend this riding school for anyone looking to learn to ride and take care of horses :)

My 7 year old daughter has been going to the riding school for over a year now. Rob and the team have create a safe and enjoyable riding program for my daughter to grow! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the riding school to any young people looking to start the horse riding.

Perfect place to send kids learn how to ride a horse. Teachers and the rest of the staff are great! Not very expensive and Robert (the owner) is great to deal with. Im definitely sending my kids to camp soon after a great experience today with the horse and the staff! Highly recommended!

If you are considering riding here, you NEED to read this review. This is by my daughter Isabella:I love Heritage Riding so much! I have been riding there since the beginning of 2022 and I have progressed so much! I have found my favourite horse in the entire world and his name is Pickle. I think of him 24/7. Every horse there is trustworthy and well looked after. The instructors are so sweet and very understanding. I was very nervous to canter for the first time but they encouraged me and didn't tush me into things. If I could, I would give them 100000/5 stars! I wish I could be there every day to even just help and spend time with the wonderful community. Anyone can ride here! From the people that have never ridden before, to people competing in some of the highest levels of competion, you can ride and this is the place to learn! I have met a lifelong friend from my lesson named Suki and this just proves how amazing this community is. You can ride here under their arena wehter there is rain, hail or shine. Way better then my previous riding school.

My clients child was booked into a day camp and paid in full, when they had to flee Brisbane due to DV incident. Upon return they had called Rhianydd and asked if the child could re book into the camp for the next school holiday period. His response was “unfortunately no due to our refund policy”, in which a refund was not requested. He was absolutely so cold and declined her pleads. Simply they wanted to rebook the child given the circumstances. As in todays society, it’s is absolutely absurd that a business would not allow for exceptions in this case. As domestic violence is such an issue in our communities and you would think that this business would have some kindness and understanding in this situation. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Heritage Riding School is fantastic, both my daughter and myself attend lessons here and she goes to the horse camps. All of the instructors are excellent and have both the rider and horse at best interest. They have fantastic teaching techniques that make learning to ride fun and enjoyable for all ages and abilities, while teaching us important horsemanship skills. My daughter looks forward to horse camp every school holidays and has gone from having no riding skills to now starting to canter in 7 months. I can not speak highly enough of everyone (including the horses) at Heritage and we look forward to our lessons every week. Thanks for all of your help and sharing your knowledge.

I love heritage! I've been riding here for nearly 6 years and continue to grow and learn new things. The instructors have helped me through many obstacles and I cannot begin to thank them enough. The horses are friendly and ready to work and I am always so excited to go to my lesson every week.

Heritage Riding is the best riding school there could possibly be. They have taught me so much and everyday I look forward to my riding lesson on Saturday. Heritage is an amazing placed filled friendly and welcoming people. The amount of opportunities I have been given over my 2 years of riding there is amazing, I couldn't thank the staff enough. Heritage is welcome to all ages from a child to an adult and beginner to advanced riders, they always make the lesson fun and enjoyable which always leaves a smile on everybody's face They also offer holiday camps which is so fun! I love doing the fun activities with some of my best friends, and young children all the way to teenagers absolutely love it, and everyday on camp is a new adventure each day.
