The boys arrived on time and got straight into it. Fixed my blocked sewer with out any fuss and can’t believe I left it this long to fix. Great service from the team at NLD, cannot recommend highly enough.

The boys came out and they were fabulous. They were punctual, professional and reassuring. Detection work was carried out efficiently and they were mindful not to leave footprints all over the floors ( took their shoes off ) and carried their boots around. The leak was found and they confirmed that a previous job completed by a well known national company was not necessary as it did not resolve the problem. Barry was wonderful and he took the time to explain everything in a way that I understood. A comprehensive report followed. I just had the pleasure of having Liam and Jesse come through. From start to finish their communication was 2nd to none. They were on time and very informative to the issue that I had with an overflowing/leak in our laundry. Great service. After an incredibly bad experience with another company, NLD was recommended to me and I am very happy with the result. Previous company cost slightly OVER what NLD charged and provided a 2 line report with 2 tiny photos (not to mention the verbal abuse). NLD provided a 29 (!!) page report, very detailed, lots of photos for evidence and I am confident in their assessment. Would definitely use this company again in future. Office team were great to deal with and inspector arrived on time.

2 very capable and professional guys attended the recent leak detection. They were polite and best of all on time. They were happy to discuss thier findings and recommend repairs required.
