An establishment where customer doesn't exist. A very unfriendly, unhelpful & condescending tones.If you're after been spoken down to & you have idiot tattooed on your forehead I would highly recommend Barry Plant kilmore.Receptionist needs to do a course in people skills. Put simply down right awful.

Terrible communication and even worse reasoningAfter a lot of back and forth trying to charge me for cleaning and repairs I had to put in a VCAT application because they were completely unreasonable at which point they immediately agreed with my initial points.Not a good look for someone experienced yet new to your team to get taken to VCAT so soon. Especially when they pride themselves on attention to detail. Hopefully she can learn from this and not try to take advantage of peopleWould not recommend

One of the worst tenancy experiences in my 20+years of renting. Fighting to get things fixed correctly, have the correct professional attend to complete jobs, sending unqualified and inexperienced people with mear hand tools to conduct major structural repairs without build permits and all other legal requirements .Not to mention lack of respecting tenancy rights to quiet and enjoyment by allowing the owners to attend the property on multiple times with no notice and also people turning up whenever they wanted with no knowledge or notification.If I could give a zero I would- STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

We recently purchased through Brendan Flynn at Barry Plant Kilmore. We experienced superior service where we truly felt like the client, attention to detail was high and knowledge impressive. Highly recommend working with this team.

Worst property management agent ever!Tenant management is abysmal. Barry Plant Kilmore allowed our tenants to destroy our investment property and take on illegal sub tenants and then released their bond in full after they trashed the place. They then refused to take the tenant to VCAT for damages. I made numerous complaints only to have Simon Best, the principle of the agency, respond that “it is just an investment and not a home.” Such a poor attitude from a agent principle! I appreciate that some tenants are good and some are bad, but the bad need to be held accountable for the benefit of the next tenant and the owner. After all, isn't the agent supposed to work for the owner? I have since moved my property management to My Agent Realestate. Best move I ever made!Do yourself a favour, don’t even bother with Barry Plant Kilmore!!!

Think twice before using this branch of Barry Plant. There are other agencies in the area who actually do what they say and sell your property. Don't be fooled by the promises and chit chat, learn from our mistakes.
