This is an absolutely awesome martial arts club,My daughter and I both train here.Both Scott and Alex are amazing instructors, with heaps of knowledge and experience in both bjj and Hapkido.

Great place to learn marital arts. I super enjoy the BJJ classes and everyone there is supportive. Alex is a great teacher too, he explains everything clearly and makes sure you're not left behind.

If you're looking for a family like environment, professional and knowledgable coaches then Eagle Martial Arts is for you. I trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Alex and I have to say what a privilege it was to learn from such a wealth of knowledge. I learnt more in my first few weeks than I did at any other school or 1on1 coaching. Alex provides an easy to lean environment with laughing and banter but he also knows when to be serious to ensure you're comprehending the lessons being taught. Alex goes above and beyond for his students. Staying back after class to roll or to go over techniques you're unsure of. He truly gives a s**t about his students and it shows in the way he teaches and the way he shows up each session. I'm appreciative of Alex and the other coaches for helping my plug my weaknesses and giving me essential insights to constantly improve my skills as a BJJ player. Keep it up guys!

Poor customer service, especially during lockdown periods. Never replied to refund request and never informed me of mandates lifting.

I have been training at EMA for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team culture here is fantastic, with everyone from the instructors to the students work together to help each other improve, and it’s a great feeling to be part of such a supportive community.The coaches, Alex and Scott, are both incredibly knowledgeable, patient and dedicated, and they always go above and beyond to help the students achieve their goals.I highly recommend EMA to anyone looking to learn Brazilian jiujitsu, hapkido or kickboxing in a fun and supportive environment. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic club! Alex and Scott are so welcoming, particularly as a woman coming into martial arts for the first time, I've had an awesome experience through the jiu jitsu program and occassionally the fitness kickboxing when I need to punch something! They are both really good coaches with a technical and structured approach and have built a club with a lovely family friendly atmosphere. Whilst I don't have kids, I love watching the kids classes whilst I get ready for my own, they look like they have so much fun! Definitely worth a visit!

I was in Melbourne for a couple of months and decided to give EMA a try whilst I was there and I can say I was not disappointed! Alex is a great coach and explains everything so well, I can not believe how much I learnt in such a short amount of time, what a great bunch of people and what a great environment they have created for all! Thank you again to Alex and the crew I will definitely be back.

My old coach for BJJ Alex opened up this place after the gym in the city he taught at had to close due to covid.Good guy, he puts 110% into helping you with your Jiu-Jitsu. I go to the BJJ on the Saturday, lot's of mat space, Alex is a great teacher and everyone hangs out after for some rolling/sparing.

Large gym with a family vibe, great facilities and classes for all ages.Alex is an excellent BJJ coach, and all the students are welcoming and friendly.Great value classes/memberships. Highly recommended
