Clockwise

Customer service was woeful. Looking for a long replacement watchband. Didn't stock any (fair enough), but was also seeking assistance with setting the lunar cycle on a 40+ year old second hand watch. Was told the watch was too 'modern' for the watchmaker. Very disappointed.

A little tricky to find as Google maps was not exact. Put in 45 West Thistle St but keep your eye out for the street number as it is actually an industrial area. Not quite the same as the shop in town, nothing much for sale he mainly does repairs & is very good.

We recently moved with my pride & joy Grandfather clock from Adelaide to the West Coast of Tasmania.This clock has always been a bit temperamental when it has been moved in the past, but i have always been able to get it back in beat.This time though it refused to run, i contacted Clockwise, and booked the clock in, it is a 4 hour drive each way for me, so it was pleasing they looked at the movement on the spot,an hour later, i watched it happily working again on the test bench.Price was reasonable, and i am so happy as when i got home,i set it all back up, and it has run without any more issues.Very knowledgeable and helpful with advice.many Thanks.

My grandfather clock left to me by my beloved Pa-Pa was still as beautiful as in my childhood but no longer working. Graeme from Clockwise went to the trouble of quoting me (almost to the dollar I might add) including a part that he needed to order from overseas. My Grandfather's clock is now happily tick tocking away again just as it did in my grandparents home in my childhood. Graeme definitely went above and beyond to get my clock repaired. I cannot recommend Clockwise high enough.

I highly recommend to repair your watch and clock at this place. The owner was a really nice guy and has perfectly repaired my watch bracelets in less than 5min. He has a lot of experience in this area as he could answered all of my questions.

Feel very ripped off. Was quoted between $150 - $175 to get chime working again. Was told I needed an expensive $800 service...which is outrageous! Clock was chiming when the man was in my home! And is still not chiming! He tried to charge me $300! Instead of what he quoted... Feel so ripped off.

Went in with a broken band on a Tissot watch, they repaired it on the spot for a great price. Excellent and fast service, much cheaper and quicker than the jewellers. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my watch repairs.

CLOCKWISE is owned by two very and professional and friendly people in Graham and Sallie Mulligan. The service is excellent and thorough, the shop interesting and eclectic. Graham is always very helpful and informative, which is a huge help as I have wanted to collect Antique Clocks for many years and have never found anyone who treats the service and repair of clocks as if they were his own property. I highly recommend the shop for anyone who wants their precious Antique Clock repaired or renovated back to its former glory.
