The care staff are lovelyAccommodation nicely modernFood typical of hospitalsBut try to get through the reception!Misfiled personal paperworkSour expressionsNo attention to my nameBreak conversation to answer the phone.No instructions on how to get out of this secure doors.Maybe i got them both on a bad day.

The staff really try hard to assist and my mother has settled in very well ..prior to moving to the home mum was in an independent living unit which worked fine as long as her children put a big effort in to make it work .. it just got too much ..
