First up, I want to thank David and Gabriel for the amazing customer support. Maximum 24-hour wait times for a response, and give clear instruction, help and everything. Me and brother ordered a PC for Christmas, however my brother had some issues but Radium was there to help. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Radium PCS. They have excellent costumer service, competitive pricing, and the overall experience that I had with them was amazing. They offer the greatest PCs available on the market, a 3-year warranty and a 24/7 customer service. It was my first time purchasing a PC, and they helped me from start to finish. I purchased ‘The Kraken’ off their website with a few adjustments and it only took a week to arrive from Melbourne to Brisbane! If you're looking to purchase or build your own custom PC, I highly recommend Radium PCs! They are a fantastic company to work with and someone you can trust!

I received my custom built PC to western australia from Radium. It is working, no damage from delivery, built properly and I am satisfied with the overall outcome of my purchase.Things to note before purchasing:1. No change of mind refund2. Up to 2 weeks before delivery3. Express post is only for the postage service not for shortened production time.Thanks for reading, I recommend this company for your next PC built.
