BE CAREFULI contact them and for 4 weeks regarding an issue with my solar system they kept telling me they will get someone to fix the issue but no one showed up. Finally the guy I was speaking with via phone and email blame the issue on SA power, he said it’s high voltage from the provider! I asked him how he knew that he said by a photo I sent him!! He claims he’s located in Sydney and I live in SA, he knew the issue by a photo of a tripped switch I sent via email, so the issue is not covered by the warranty.Now I have to fix the issue on my expense.Don’t trust them, I wrote a nice review before because the sales person asked me many times to do so.Any one have any doubts pls contact me and I will provide all emails related to show.
