I’ve been going to Mel’s studio for about a year and a half and the moment you step in, you feel welcome :) The classes are small and personal and she’s so aware of everyone’s abilities ( she knows to tell me to watch my ham strings when we’re in different poses before i even feel them tighten!!) Mel also runs yoga retreats in Bali and the one I attended this winter was bliss. She uses oils to help us connect to what is happening in the world and with ourselves, and she speaks about the philosophy surrounding yoga in every class. “Om” time isn’t just a yoga studio, it’s a family.

I absolutely love coming to Mels classes. Her passion and wealth of knowledge help me feel supported and energised. Beautiful location in small boutique studio with ocean views, a welcoming vibe provides a great experience of nurturing body mind and soul.
