Staycool were a pleasure deal with. They responded promptly, sending someone out for a site inspection. They provided a range of options for us to choose from, keep communication clear as to how long it would be before our unit could be installed. Honestly couldn't recommend this company more highly. If you stuck in the cold of Melbourne's winter, don't hesitate to reach out to Staycool and warm your home!

Explored different options for Panasonic aircon installs for multiple rooms. Was able to negotiate an install that suited me, not just what suited them. Price was very reasonable. Work completed on time and as scheduled (within two weeks from agreeing on terms) and all rubbish removed afterwards. Installers were well mannered and courteous. Would not hesitate to use again.

This company have absolutely no idea of what customer service is nor do they know how to identify/or repair ANY ISSUES. THEY TOOK 2 MONTHS AND STILL COULDN'T TELL ME WHY OR WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY HEATING UNIT.Lisa and Julie both continue to dodge and evade questions that why customer would expect to have answered it's been 2 months now and obviously due to the lack of knowledge and education in the required field that they so called specialize in had to be advised by myself the basics of what a simple Code error was, which still they had no knowledge of fixing. Terrible company wouldn't recommend to anyone. July and August are the 2 coldest months and this poorly structured excuse for a Business still 8weks later could only turn unprofessional when I simply questioned why they've decided to send me back to the Manufacturer , whom originally were the ones to identify the issue bring with the Installer Staycool. Your unprofessional rude and obviously yourself and service men are incompetent in this field.

I recently had a new split system installed at my mothers place, the guys turned up on-time and was very clean and meticulous, with the work, and removed the existing air conditioner. The customer service, was exceptional from the Initial enquiry, getting the quote and delivery and installation of the equipment.I would recommend you to any friends / family for future work

Staycool installed two split systems in a office space. The communication was fantastic and they were very professional. The system works fantastic and the install was super tidy - very happy customer!

Daniel and the team at StayCool are amazing, as a property manager it is hard to find trustworthy trades for your rental properties. However, StayCool have been nothing but the best whether it's responding to emails or booking in installation dates quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend

Staycool recently supplied and installed a Multi Head AC system for our renovation. From quoting stage to final unit commissioning the team was professional and workmanship was on point (They even recapped some old pipework from a previous AC installer that looked horrible!). Would not have an issue in recommending them to anyone requiring any HVAC service.
