STRAND Tuggerah

They dont deserve any stars. Walked in to look at a suitcase at 8:43pm Thursday 9/3/23 got a dirty look from the girl behind the counter who was gossiping about someone to either another staff member or a friend (unprofessional) I said Im just going to have a quick look at that bag" pointing to a suitcase on the shelf and was rudely informed "we shut in 5" which prompted me to look at my phone and the time was 8:43pm

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am shocked at the managers unacceptable behaviour during my shopping experience today. She was grabbing wallets off the shelves and using them as frisbees, flinging them across the shop to express her dissatisfaction with the way items were being displayed. An airborne wallet hit me in the ankle and there was no apology offered. I then tripped on another item she threw onto the floor. She was rude and unhelpful and when asked a question about pricing on a bag I was about to purchase, she barked at me, stormed off and slammed the large solid timber stockroom door behind the counter. The whole shop shuddered and the customers were in shock. Will never ever go back to this store, and I hope she doesn’t either as she is a liability to the company. Her personality would be much more suited for a position at Karen’s Diner!!

First visit was excellent but today was a bit of a letdown. Staff could understand English very well and became irritated with me. Overall, not pleasant experience and went to Erina branch and got great service.

Great sale now on. Customer service was outstanding.

I loved the experience and the service provided by staff. I felt special by the way the customer service lady showed me the different wallets she had and suggesting the more convenient for my needs. When she realized that previously another staff from a different store she didn't even bother to find out if i had a member's card with Strandbags when I purchased the wallet. She went out of her way to include the purchase on the docket regardless of all the extra work that it was involved. Thanks very much for made a wonderful experience that I finished buying a bag and a card wallet extra.

Bought an adaptor on 4/5/2023 and was sold the wrong item. Took it back today 4/5/2023. Store person told me it looked like the adaptor had been used although it was in its original package & I had the receipt. I told her I needed an adapter for Vietnam and she said the one I was trying to return was not for Vietnam, I told her I realised that. Then she said it was their policy to not take electrical items & the return date was expired. Not sure if her reasons were valid as the item had not been opened.Very poor performance. Item is only worth $12.99 but I did not appreciate being told item had been used when it still in its packaging.Generally have had good treatment at the Tuggerah but this particular day was disappointing not good customer service at all.

Already knew what I wanted so quick visit but while I was served when paying for my item sales lady was kind and professional

Will not shop there again. Staff were Too busy chatting to eachother. Wasn’t helpful with a $20 refund at all

Worst customer experience. If you choose to work in retail that’s your choice! No-one is forcing you to be unhappy and rude to customers. I’m talking to the lady that works at Tuggerah with red/pink dye hair. Don’t ruin other people’s days because your miserable at work.

Customer service is v good. The range of product is also wide enough. Selected 4 bags to buy from the store and the lady offered to get me the fresh piece from their stock.All in all a very good shopping experience.
