Gym is not bad but owners and staff do not keep equipment in good condition. Cleanliness could be a little better also.

Awesome gym, very friendly staff/personal trainers and members. A welcoming feeling everytime I walk through the doors, huge space and equipment/areas are set out in good order. Heaps of equipment available and I never have to wait to use any of it, it's also readily accessible too!

Started going to the gym about a month ago and keeping a routine, the staff are always friendly and if I have any questions they are always happy to answer. The others at the gym are really supportive and helpful if you are struggling with form etc.Overall a great gym

One of 3 gyms I visited this morning and I can't rate any of them with anything but 1 star (mainly because I can't go lower ) .. I went here to speak to someone about services available, equipment, classes, pricing etc .. looking for advice n guidance on different things .. but was unable to talk to anyone .. didn't even bother looking inside .. note on door stating unmanned until 10am .. yes I could have sat in my car and waited for over an hour .. but why? .. Might be a great gym if you don't want to speak to anyone or ask any questions.. extremely disappointing

Nice new gym. Fairly small, but the right size for Coolalinga. I go at 5:30am a few times a week and never have a problem getting to use the equipment I need.They have classes, cardio and weight machines, free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight exercise equipment like pull up bars and plyo boxes.Bright lighting, smart layout, and a nice green AstroTurf area at the back create an inviting environment.Great for people who aren't the most experienced with gyms.

Love, love this gym. Music is good, not too loud. Equipment is new. Great functional area. The manager, Catherine , is so helpful and friendly. Very clean environment. Creche is safe and secure with the most loving ladies looking after the children.

The biggest gym I have ever been to! Absolutely fantastic facilities, top of the range equipment, the creche coincides with group classes and all the staff are so lovely and helpful. Absolutely love working out here!
