Ash and his team are Excellent and have always shown great care and attention to all of our Pets, I have been taking my dogs to Ash for over 10 years and have always received the best of service and feel grateful to have such a wonderful practice close by.

Feeling so disappointed and upset with what has happened with my 4 1/2 month old German shepherd at Leopold Vet. First of all this low rating is not towards the female nurses as they have been nothing but lovely towards my dog and myself.This one star rating is towards the male vet I dealt with. Your tone of voice and negative words about my puppy and his behaviour was appalling. I’m not sure how you can judge my dogs scared behaviour of you without having any idea what he is like when he is out of that environment.My dog is playful, intelligent and socialised. He loves your nurses, my children, our dog and cat. He is also trained, goes to puppy school and very socialised. He has never shown any aggressive behaviour before so I feel extremely disheartened with how you treated me and the dog which lead to me walking out of the clinic extremely upset.EDIT - Thankyou for your response but you are completely wrong with what you’re saying.I do not have any trouble what so ever handling my own dog and my dog was genuinely scared of your vet.The behaviour we should be genuinely concerned about here is the vets behaviour. The snatching of the lead from me and walking out the back trying to get a dye in my dogs eye or the rude assumptions that I “obviously let him get away with this behaviour”. I’m sorry but that is not normal practice/behaviour that anyone would like to encounter with from a veterinarian.

Have been coming here since 2017 and I can't fault these guys, Obi, Ghost and Rogue loves to visit the staff and the staff love them. Very safe and reliable vet!

Lucy dog was rushed in and Dr Ash was fantastic in his treatment off Lucy. Highly recommend this Vet practice.

Thanks Team for making it a friendly environment for my puppy Mochi and I. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable and easygoing. They always have vaccinations available rather than waiting weeks like other vet clinics. The Ladies are all happy to help.

Avoid this vets. No communication between reception and vet. Had an appointment here today. There had obviously been a stuff up with what we had booked and they did not order the product in. Dr Ashley was rude and arrogant towards us, blamed his reception staff for what had happened then lied to us about availability of what we had requested. Very unprofessional but we are glad this happened as we wouldn't want this person working on our beloved pets. Dodged a bullet!

Words cannot express our thanks for the love and care shown by Ashley, Jenny and staff for the 12 years of dedicated service they’ve provided. Their hearts have been so invested in the care of our little family member Butter. We have the highest respect for the people they are. They’ve always made themselves available at any given moment. Their compassion is beyond compare and their thoughtful approach to every detail has been amazing.Ash in particular went above and beyond what anyone could expect in Butter’s last days. His genuine empathy showed how invested he has been throughout Butter’s journey. We admire him so much as a person and as a vet and couldn’t have asked for anything more from him. We are so grateful he has been our vet.Your practice deserves ongoing success, because without you we could not have got through this time.Thank you Ash from the bottom of our hearts.

My 14 year old dog has been a patient of Ash’s for 6 years. Ash is a compassionate, skilled vet who has successfully steered Tommy through Cushion disease. I highly recommend him.

We have been coming here for years, yesterday my cat got into a fight and got a massive abscess. I rang at 8.15am and got an appointment at 9.30am. the vets are always brilliant as well as all the staff. I thought I was going to have to sell a limb in order to get my cat fixed, but nope all limbs are intact which is a nice change! Cat is slowly on the mend too!
