As we were travelling through Warrnambool, I needed my watch looked at, Dino was in store and happy to help out, no charge for a quick fix, was very generous of him. What a beautiful store, the mahogany furniture gives it a very classy look and the large jewellery display cabinets are gorgeous.Highly recommend a visit

Dino did an amazing job with my engagement/wedding ring. We wanted to have our own custom design and the quality and completed rings exceeded our expectations. Dino and Michelle were incredibly helpful throughout the process and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Dino also made a matching wedding band for my fiance and we are so happy with the final result. Thanks Macchia!!

Great shop offering all the help you need. Sharon and the crew helped me with my watch I needed fixing with plenty of variaty to pick from. Great price too! They also have a big selection of other jewelry for those special occasions. Highly recommend

I just picked up my engagement ring from being Rhodium plated. They also fixed my ring after I had it resized at another jewelers and the join line was visible. I am so so impressed with what they have done and the sparkly and prefect state my ring was returned to me in. Will be going back here for any of my future jewelry needs!! Amazing customer service. Really know what they are taking about.

This is my favourite jewellery shop ever. It feels like a proper jewellers. The items are bespoke and so unique . The staff are knowledgeable and not pushing you to buy, but willing to spend time with you to truly find out what you want. Highly recommend you dropping in to see what is in store.

Great service. I Brought a ring from Macchia Jewellery Warrnambool and a year later the friendly staff rang to offer a free ring check and clean on it. A small stone had fallen out and they replaced it free of charge and also cleaned all my other rings for free. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.
