**MUST READ BEFORE DINING***Upon arrival, no red carpet was laid out for our majestic feet to trample on.No Gurkha Royal Courtesan Cigars were offered which resulted in a negative reaction.Ordered 3 meals and got 3 taste testers.Disappointing that we didn’t get any complimentary cakes on the house considering we didn’t charge them our appearance fee.Lack of compliments from staff members towards our manliness.Kids running around and birds stealing food.Lack of privacy-too many girls wanted autographs and photos.No leg rests were provided and had no entertainment was present- we needed to entertain ourselves.Taste tests were mediocre but beverages were spot on, too much ice though.The tables were uneven which affected my balance making for an unsafe environment.OH and S safety guidelines were not upheld as the water jugs did not have any lids (see photo) which resulted in dust in the water.We had a unique experience due to one of our members having a birthday which staff was notified of, we were expecting a birthday party with a dj all paid for, but were extremely disappointed when all he received was a ‘thank you’ from the waitress.Once again, the food was absurdly priced and we were really unsure if the portions were intended for humans or mice.The only upside of this experience was that we saw a blonde lenger waiting for a takeaway.In conclusion, our unbiased fact on this cafe is 0/10, never go again.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. The worst breakfast I've ever had. This photo of the 'big breakfast' was taken after I had taken about 2 bites. The salad was very sad, no seasoning, and the spinach was a few leaves thrown on the plate without even wilting them. The gluten free bread was terrible, it was so stale and so sharp I couldn't eat it. The halloumi was so underdone and rubbery. My breakfast didn't come with eggs as listed on the menu and I had to go and ask for them. And these are the 'soft poached eggs' I got. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

A groupon deal that my sister gifted to me months ago. Egg & Tomato on Toast + Large Coffee ($6.80 instead of $16.90). I added bacon for $3. Unfortunately, the place was full, so I can only have it for takeaway.Food was good. The tomato was well cooked, eggs were a bit dry, but wasn't that bad. I liked the toastie tho! Loved the takeaway container as it didn't use plastic.I appreciate the patience of the lady at the counter as I forgot my wallet and my phone tap payment was having difficulties. The staff members were very warm and attending.

The store has poor customer service. We ordered hot drinks and cakes and sat down. The table was not cleaned or wiped with staff choosing to ignore. We cleaned it with napkins and waited for our order. We didn’t get our drinks but they kept delivering others. We noticed an order was there on the dispatch counter for a while and I walked up to the counter to remind. Again it took a while to get deliver the drinks that had been at the counter for a while. I asked the waitress that we like our coffees made again as it would be cold. The barrista was really dodgy as he pretended that he is making again by topping up our cold coffees and when I pointed out to him, he said there was nothing wrong with the coffees. I am sure he just warmed up our coffees again to serve us again. I would have been happy to be told that they can’t make it again but instead pretending that they are making it again showed their preparedness to go that low. At a food serving place, this behaviour is simply unacceptable. I could not believe the attitude of the barrista (sun 28/5, 1:45pm).

A menu concentrated around too much of breakfast options. Staff friendly but requiring more training around customer service. Staff also require more tidiness in appearance. Gloves should be worn as touching face and hair. Really gone downhill. Wouldn't go again. Food average.

I just visited doncaster The coffee club, everyone there was friendly and coffee was nice.But the guy who had dyed hair, was NOT happy at all. If you are not going to smile, at least wear a mask and hide your face.Except HIM it was good.

Not super busy when we came in, but still took ages for our food to come out - one meal anyway. 15 minutes between the two meals coming out, with one only appearing after I went and asked. It was cold when it arrived, and quite frankly seemed like it had just been forgotten until I asked. Won’t be back.

I wish there was 0 star. 0 customer service, 35 mins wait , no courtesy, no apology. Dry sourdough. Worst place to start your day. Please don’t waste your time and money. This is the second time this has happened.

Wish we had read the reviews first. After requesting an update as to where our food was after a 30 min wait they took ages to come back to say it would be ready in a few minutes. The time taken before it finally came out indicated they had likely not yet started cooking it when we finally got the update. No apology at all. Had to check that there were 2 eggs as one consisted of only the yolk and the bread was so thin and tough. As a regular Coffee Club customer this was the worst experience from a store to date
