Terrible customer service. Went in to buy a stick vac that was on special and was told that the only one available is the display/floor vac. I bought it and was given a charger that doesn’t charge or even belong to the vacuum I purchased. Waiting for the shop to open to see if I can get a refund. The worker was rude and u helpful. He also had a “be back in 30” sign up and wasn’t back for over an hour. Don’t bother going here for any sort of service or advice- useless

Never buying from here again,Have purchased a Hoover and steam mop from this shop, since then our steam mop was faulty and received a new one but the new one is blocked already and not working. also our Hoover had problems with the head attachment for the tiles/floorboards, we approached them about this but seemed to be inconvenient to them, we have continued to use our Hoover and soon noticed a bad smell was coming from the Hoover even after every filter has been washed. We have now taken the Hoover in for them to look over this and was told it would be done within a week. It has now been two weeks and we have also went into the store to see if it arrived but they said they will call when it’s in.I am now annoyed with this time frame now considering this time of year and did not receive a curtesy Hoover the keep the floors clean in time being. If you want better communication and more reliable equipment I would suggest to take your money elsewhere

My mother bought a Hoover vacuum from here a few months ago.A piece inside the head kept falling out from day 1. Took it back a couple of weeks ago for repair within the warranty time and with receipt and was told it would be 2 weeks.Received an email telling her it was ready to be picked up only to find it hadn't been repaired as no serial no had been supplied. Instead of calling or emailing to advise they needed this no they just waited till she came to collect it. Now it will be a few more weeks.NOT HAPPY.
