Very disappointing experience. 105 dollars for interior and car wash polish plus and extra wax. Didn’t even wash probably when picking up the car. Can even find coffee stain. Did you guys even polished and wax the car???

This is the first time I used their service. The staffs were friendly. However the service is poor. I paid $75 ($35 more than the standard wash and vacuum) to get my car cleaned nicely. The car wash package included interior vacuuming, dusting wiping, hand polishing etc (which i highly doubt was even used). My car still had marks of dirts and the interior was not wiped at all as claimed in their package (although they did an alright job with vacuuming inside the car) I probably should have just opted for the basic car wash and interior vacuuming and the result would have been the same.

For the price it was defiantly not worth it the polishing was no where near the expected level and they had left the product all over the car and had not been cleaned of leaving white product on the car. In certain parts of the car they had gone to hard on the paint and made small areas crunchy and the paint was crumbling. Also got a interior clean and the boot or seats weren't even touched. I wouldn't recommend it but might have just been unlucky just wasn't very professional or well done.

My 300c needed a bit of TLC, so i took it down and the guys for a basic detail, with some extra care for my lights and they made my car look brand new again. Fantastic service and had extras done and was a lot cheaper than i anticipated. Definitely be back again.Thanks

I booked my car in for an interior vacuum and clean. The back seats are laid down and when I picked up the car, the seats had been flipped back and not returned to the way I had them.The interior of the car was not cleaned properly. As soon as I sat in the front seat I could see where they had missed wiping. None of the interior windows had been cleaned. I had to clean these myself.I was charged $25 for the service which was pathetic. Won't go there again and suggest others be wary and make it clear that you want it cleaned properly.

We had $150 taken from our glove box during the wash. The response from the owner was that we shouldn't have left the money there in the first place. It was so disappointing because the wash itself was great and we really wanted to go back.

Much more expensive than Melbourne car washes. Got charged extra for dog hair in car.Had wash and polish and supposedly interior cleaned. Had to clean interior myself, was a very poor job.Very cramped location to get in and out of.

Paid $130 for a mini detail. Car not properly vacuumed, tyres not cleaned, seats not cleaned, car mats not cleaned. Tried calling, before and after clean, with no answer. Sent a mail, but let’s see if I get a positive response.

Really bad service. We payed 40 dollars for interior and still totally dirty. They told us to wait 1.5 hour, but I guess they did it in less than 10 minutes. Also they forgot to clean the back of the car, so we had to ask to do it again. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
