Pirtek

Absolute flog in the office, young bloke wont name and shame but just a box ticking looser didn't even want to help when walked into the store with the fitting i wanted measured, said go to the manufacturer. Huge shame have dealt with these guys for a while but going downhill hence the review. Not sure how this clown has a job there given what these guys do.

I rang the business to ask some questions and after them answering one they told me that they had people everywhere and couldn't talk on the phone. I said ok and drove 5 min down the road to collect the part and look for others but was confronted by the individual at the desk who said I needed a mask. I informed him I have a medical certificate but he insisted that I leave because they dont serve people without one and that a certificate is invalid in their store.Also upon walking in their shop, it wasn't full, there was a few customers but certainly not customers everywhere. Guess its a loss of business for you guys.

Had to modify a hose to fit an old car. Came from a long way away and missed closing time by 5 minutes. They saw me there and opened back up. Modified the hose on the spot and still gave me a good price. Great customer service. Many thanks guys.

i went to at least three no five seperate shops before i was advised to try Pirtek from a shop 6 doors down,within 48 seconds the young girl had the parts i needed and i was so impressed with her knowledge i asked a few questions in regards to fitting the parts in a safe manner ,talk about being blown away at the way i was helped out ,thankyou to her and the management at Pirtek Bayswater for just giving good ol fashioned friendly service with a sideserve of mechanical knowledge to boot

Looking for an adaptor for a pipe thread or other.The first place to go Pirtek Bayswater, even if you live in the of side of the world.The helpful staff member came out to the car park and took one look at the thread on the vehicle, and was right first shot……legendary.

I wish I had gone to Pirtek earlier, trying to sort out my hydraulic problems was a challenge especially given the similar but different 1/8” BSP/BSPT/NPT connectors. Then throw in 4AN/SAE etc. and I was dead in the water. I needed to get help from someone who knew how to remediate previously installed ‘problems’… went to Pirtek Bayswater vic and they sorted out my issue in 5 min. The new hose and connector config not only works perfectly but I was able to install it in a jiffy.I will definitely be going back to Pirtek the next time my 80 series needs the right hoses - oh and their prices were very good when compared to the other guys.Very helpful and friendly staff that don’t make you feel lile you cannot ask a ‘noob’ question.
