Australia Post - Cygnet LPO

Two tips when coming here,Tip1 ...kill them with kindnessTip 2 ...DONT GET MONEY OUT theres a 4$ fee they dont tell you about.

While the staff are usually super nice and helpful, they have on several occasions misplaced our parcels within the post office by categorising them with the wrong address. It once took over a month for them to admit that they'd done something wrong, even with postage tracking saying that the parcel had arrived and was waiting there.

Full credit to the staff and management at Cygnet Post Office for their ongoing efficiency. Having used their services for years I am always welcomed with courtesy and a smile. Thank you

They are fast, I never wait more than 5 min.I don't expect much from a post office but they are polite et quick, it's enought to be happy.

I am beyond tired of the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff at Cygnet LPO. I literally dread going in there.Pretty much every day I go in there with my hands full of parcels to post for my e-commerce business. And just about every day, they make snide remarks to me, everything from ‘not saying excuse me’ loud enough to other customers, to not checking in, when I make it clear every time that I check in on my way out.Despite also having been there every day, they still insist on seeing my ID and getting postal cards.The staff there either need to retire or get some customer service training because I am about to lodge a complaint with my Eparcel account manager about their behaviour.

Well I’m sad to say that my experience was not very good. My Mum tried to see if a parcel that was sent last Monday was in fact sitting at the post office. The woman was so abrupt and wouldn’t even let my Mum explain that I was leaving on Sunday and I needed that parcel. So Rude. Kindness costs nothing.

I have recently relocated back to the Cygnet area and am realy quite shocked with the lack of customer care given by the staff at the Cygnet post office. I understand it can be a busy stressful job ,I myself have worked in many customer service roles with far more responsibility but have always remained friendly and helpful as it is my job to so! The staff at the Cygnet PO I find to be very dismissive and rude and need to be aware of how they speak to people .
