Recently purchased a gorgeous puppy from this store, however serious problems arose from day one. Puppy presented with blood in the stool from the moment we got her and we noticed them cleaning blood in stool from the enclosure she was taken out of with multiple other puppies. Following advice from the store we took her to see the stores preferred vet" directly across from them "Pulse Vet" who had little concerns. We took the advice and monitored her progress over the course of a week. After the situation not improving we recalled the vet and requested that samples be taken in some form as it didn't seem normal and we were worried. Vet once again was unconcerned but provided medication stating "this should help" in a quick 10 minute consult. Once the bleeding got worse we dropped the preferred vet due to inadequate care and took her to a different vet who immediately conducted samples and exclaimed that she had contracted coxxydia from either the pet store or the breeder and that it is likely that her whole litter may have it. She also exclaimed that the vet provided completely the wrong medication and actually made the situation worse.This whole situation has resulted in over $400 in vet bills in 2 weeks.We adore our puppy but for a puppy at $2.5k to have a further $400 in medical bills within the first week is disgusting. Also to have the store clean blood out from her pen quickly and not inform the buyer that there was a slight concern is also horrendous. We asked 2 vets whether there was any chance that she contracted it at home and were told that it was only possible for her to have contracted it in the pet store or from the breeder of the puppies.Also having a connection to a vet practice who didn't take the time to analyse our puppy and provided the complete wrong medication is absimal handling of an animal life."

A great experience, but we wish there were more animals. Nick was friendly and very knowledgeable about the animals, and especially the reptiles.

My whole family absolutely love this pet shop!!My son (who wants to work with animals when he'd older) loves hanging out here and learning about the animals- and the staff are always happy to chat to him and answer his questions.My diagnosed anxious pooch will happily come for a bath here either DIY or by the friendly staff! The bathing service is FAB and the staff are so kind to my little chatterbox! They can even get him to sit still for a nail clip!!

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews however my experience there was great. I didn’t purchase anything but the reptile guy was extremely helpful as was the girl that assisted me. I’ll definitely go back, to me the store was clean, reptile enclosure was being cleaned as we discussed options and I had nil issues.

Just bought my first water dragon from here, staff service is amazing and their reptile room is jaw dropping beautiful. Cheap prices, great service and amazing products

We bought a blue Tongue from Petaholic at the recent expo in Morayfield. We are completely novice but we were so pleased with how healthy our little Bluey is. He ate the day he came, has been super active at night, and just successfully completed a shed! Thank you for selling us a such a beautiful healthy little lizard. You made our 8 year old sons dream come true and he is turning into a reptile enthusiast. We have definitely been bitten by the reptile bug and will visit you again. Can’t recommend you enough thank you

The animals look neglected and staff are incredibly rude.We just walked in to ask a quick question and the guy sitting behind the counter wouldn't even look at us. Stood there for a minute and the phone started ringing, he ignored that as well. We ended up turning around and walking out saying seriously just going to ignore customers?" Once we were out the door he looked up from his phone ans answered the store phone."

This store pays attention to detail, the reptile room is amazing with natural set ups, i love you can cuddle puppies and kittens. You can see alot of work goes into the store
