The doctors at this practice are very good at what they do, when I'm able to get in I receive exceptional care. Not the practice if you require unplanned appointments though, you can never get in so you really have to plan when you are unwell. The reception staff won't even forward requests to the doctors, even if they have been the medical professional to have followed your condition through. It's no wonder our emergency departments are full when you can't get into a GP for those minor things that need medical attention but not an ED visit.

Sadly after today many years of being their patient, I'm about to move to another practice. An hour wait no one came to see or speak to me the receptionist was rude. I seen a new trainee Dr and after this wait time and not seeing my own Dr I was charged the full fee. Pioneer used to be the best now it's a costly time wasting practice. What ever happened to building a relationship with your own Dr but now you need to know months in advance if your going to be sick. And I have an ongoing life long medical condition. Used to be 5 star servicenow there is no service.

If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. I booked an appointment over the phone. They told me the initial appointment would be a full fee of $73, but that any following appointment would cost $35. I went in expecting the appointment to be $73, but once I'd seen the doctor and went up to the front counter they charged me with a fee of $148! That's more than DOUBLE what I was quoted over the phone, and they did not tell me until AFTER my appointment. And the doctor I saw was very unprofessional. Told me she couldn't say or do anything because they did not have my medical records from my previous doctors. So the appointment was a waste of time, and a waste of $148. Very poor service, receptionist was rude, and they charged double the expected fee. I'm very angry and disappointed with the service from this place.

Pity I cant give less than one star.This clinic is poorly run. The staff are friendly but incompetent. Yes the doctors are always late yes stuff happens" but the staff on reception do little or nothing to ameliorate the situation by perhaps rescheduling a few patients so that the rest don't have to wait.Took my 92 year old blind father there. He cant read the magazines and gets low blood sugar if he doesn't eat something regularly. They made him wait over 2 hours today for a 5 minute appointment. Disgusting.This was 2 years ago. I would hope my initial review and subsequent phone calls have brought in some changes. You have to decide for yourself"

The best GP's full stop, out of the many clinics I've gone to over the years, they are EASILY the best, I wish I could take them over to Melbourne with me where I live now.

Brilliant staff, Brilliant doctors, best Doctors surgery I have ever been to. I have never been dissapointed. I am a person with severe social anxiety and they make even me feel calm and relaxed there.

This practice has really gone downhill in the last 12-18 months. It used to be good. I don't know whether it's changed hands, or different admin but you can't get appointments, you always have to wait. I've had important appointments cancelled 4 hours beforehand for no reason. And it's expensive. I am really looking for a bit of service at $80 a consult.

Really lovely doctor's practice. The staff are all very friendly. I have seen a few of the doctors at this practice and they are all very professional and thorough. They have lots of appointments so I never struggle to get one on the same day or next day. A lot of after hours appointments as well to fit in with your work schedule. Highly recommend.

Our family GP is there. Whatever our health problems might be we get them sorted quickly and professionally at this practice.
