Disappointed. Use to come here every 4 weeks for YEARS. Today the woman ginded my nails down to thin. Tried doing the shape twice before I asked to do it myself. By then they were to short. While she ground the down. Ripped on and blamed me (apparently I did it before I got there). And did nothing to rectify it. And the shallac isn't neat or covering where it should be on the nails. I'm on my way home to re paint. And hope to God I can save this nail. Mind you mine are natural and been growing for months.

Worst nail salon I have been too. Not only is one hand for random bulges cause she didn’t smooth it, the colour is inconsistent and there are massive gaps at the side.Also pretty sure it said infill $30 on the wall and yet o got charge $50?!??!Photo doesn’t even do it justice of how bad it is

This is so terrible. Not the first time taking my GF for nails which mean I know all the step. She is not professional and also not concentrate on her customer which case my GF finger hurt and bleed. Keep talking in their language with their coworker. Very angry with that. Hope this message helps you.

horrible. when to get my nails done a week ago, turned out half of them were already coming off 2-3 days later…went back to get it fixed and charged me $15, in which it was there fault. went back today because they still were coming off she did a whole set again…cut me, not what i wanted, was rushed and charged me again another $15!!!! as i already told them i’ve already given them $75 for horrible quality nails, yeh a lady walked away with free of charge since hers were poorly done? doesn’t make sense. never going back.

Had this shellac pedicure done less than two days ago. So upset it has come off already! Their shop says no refunds so I guess that means $50 down the drain. Never again.

Worst experience i’ve possibly ever had. My friend went to get her nails done which cost $70 and was the total opposite of what she asked for. They took the easy way out and just slapped on black tips instead of painting the black pattern on.Went back to say she wasn’t happy and it ended up in an argument.No apology was given, not even offer to fix them.Other places i’d recommend before even thinking of this place.

Terrible, it was expensive, my nails are chipped not even 12 ours after, messy and left the white french tip over my skin, and couldn't even do a clean white line for a french tip. It was over priced and I would not recommend

I would never use this business again. I went in yesterday to get my feet and nails done. They were rude and rushed the whole thing. Definitely wasn’t worth $95. They sent me home before my nail polish finished drying which lead to my nail polish chipping and moving into lumps on my nails. I called up this morning to see if I could get them redone for free and they said no. I am not happy and don’t not recommend.

I've never had a great experience here. Been about 4 times and today will be my last. I wanted a Pedi and was told to wait 15mins. Sure, so I was standing up when there are 4 empty Pedi spas. I then get taken to the spa and wait another 20mins in lukewarm water. Lady beside me is clearly upset says she's waited 1hr. So when there was a nail tech free she went first; I left shortly after.
