I was most impressed with the high level of service from start to finish with this team. Eddie, Will and Gabe were professional, courteous and task-focussed. The guys arrived on time, took great care with all my furniture and completed the job promptly. The job was fairly priced and nothing was too much trouble. They even delivered a fridge and washing machine to another suburb because I had sold them on marketplace for a flat fee. A friend had strongly recommended this group to me and I could not have been more pleased. They provided a stress-free move. Thanks!

Phil, Edi and Ollie made our move stress-free and dare-I-say enjoyable. They were friendly, efficient and super careful with our furniture. It wasn't an easy job - from a two storey house to a townhouse across 4 levels with tight staircases - they didn't complain and took it in their stride, even completed the job quicker then quoted. Can't recommend these guys enough.

These guys are just the best, absolute amazing job, on time, quick and professional and very well priced, all household items handled with care from both loading onto truck and taking off, all furniture and appliances setup to how we like at our new home. Thank you so much to Phil and Ollie for moving us from South Yarra and stopping along the way to drop of furniture. Moving is stressful enough and they made it so easy for us. They did a great job carrying a heavy sofa bed down 3 flights of stairs. Both were professional and super efficient in their work, including taking the time to secure all our belongings in the truck with utmost care. Couldn't recommend enough.

Used Eddie's team to move house. I can only highly recommend Richmond Storage and Removals. 5 guys and 2 trucks turned up on time and were quick and very careful in moving my things. When they unloaded the trucks they placed everything were marked and neatly stacked. A couple of the big furntiture items I aksed them to move again and this was done without fuss and with efficiency. I have used a few removalists in the past and I will certainly be using these guys again. For me they did a 10/10 job. Well done Eddie and the team

Justin, Phil & Ollie great guys!!! They did a fantastic job at my house carrying a big heavy fridge downstairs and then back upstairs at the new house. Not one scratch on the walls or fridge. I highly recommend these guys, top guys in the business.

Richmond Storage was recommended on Nextdoor after a shout out. The hourly fee was slightly higher than many other companies quoted but overall the full cost was still cheaper in my opinion and certainly good value relative to the great work ($720). We had three guys come along in a good size lorry to move us from one area to another. They were all pleasant and considerate in their treatment of our stuff and never less than professional and clearly eager to get the job done in good time.Our new place was at the end of a narrow access drive and credit to the guys for actually backing down it, waking possums with a few rattled bushes but still keeping to schedule. Two trips took x 4.5 hours to move us from a single-story to a town house, inclusive of some reassembly of items (and some further boxing of our stuff to expedite matters).I cannot recommend this company enough - I'm sure the office thought I was mad anxious in calling/emailing several times to ensure everything was in order (promoted by the very bad reviews for other companies suggested by the aggregator sites).If we have to move again, I'll be back!

Best removalists company ive ever dealt with. Lovely, chilled, reliable and reasonable. Helped with stuff im stupid at inc detaching and reattaching washing machine. Very lovely to deal with and made moving easier.
