3.5 stars though the salesgirl is very helpful but can't help answering the differences in terms of sound quality, built, workmanship and insight btw 2 brands piano to help us decide. The other salesman who seems know better not even bother and let other customers interrupted our trial. To them seems price and delivery time is that all to decide which piano to buy.

I bought my Roland FP10 in July 2019. They were very helpful with the purchase. After several months I had some minor issues with the piano. I contacted them any they were very helpful and put in contact directly with Roland. From I got the issue resolved. Very happy with their service.

Last week, I purchased a great Kawai GL 30 grand piano from Princes Hway, Dandenong , Pianoworld Store where I think it’s the best place to buy the piano for the anyone who lacks of experience in terms of its budget, sound and space. Because, the staff in the store were very helpful and they offered you a genuine advice without you feel being pushed. I, especially had Rob, a very professional piano sales manager who ensured every step of my purchase running smoothly. E.g notify the product date ( new piano ), the unpacked piano’s photos from it’s box at the store, the delivery departure, arrival time etc. All in all, in a well-thought and highly professional manner. I bought Kawai k300 here. The service and price is great. The Kawai K300 is an outstanding piano that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality instrument that delivers exceptional sound and performance. My daughter enjoy playing this Piano.

I am not one for writing reviews, but today I was absolutely blown away by the level of after-service I received from Tony and his staff at the Dandenong store. When I went there early last year, I had a budget in mind but no knowledge of the piano I required. By the time I visited Tony, I had already been to 3 or 4 other stores. Firstly, I was warmly welcomed and given a level of personal service second to none. Tony not only explained the difference between the various pianos within my budget, but demonstrated the with a dazzling performance of some classical music. It didn’t take very long for me to come to a decision. The piano I chose was a Kawai K800: the quality of tone was impressive and it had a good action.I’ve had the piano for about 9 months. Because of the unusually high levels of heat and humidity this summer, the piano developed a “sticky note” problem. This is by all accounts not unusual (although I was informed that it is not a problem which should occur with the brand and model I chose)and I expected the action of the piano to be taken away for some adjustments to be made. I was absolutely blown away when their Head Office in Sydney called me to inform me that they would be replacing my piano with a new one!!! I felt compelled to share this experience with anybody looking to purchase a piano. While I have no problem in recommending the brand KAWAI, it is not very common to receive this level of follow up service from any retailer, irrespective of product or brand. I should also mention that the piano technician (Phil Sanders), was very attentive to my problem and interrogated me thoroughly to make his assessment and subsequent diagnosis. I believe that he had discussions with Sydney Head Office subsequent to our phone call.So in conclusion, if you are looking for a good piano and a good deal, and where the customer service doesn’t end after you hand over your cheque, Australia Piano World Dandenong is the store you are looking for.Alherne

Great price for those looking to buy a good kawai piano. Couldn't get a better price elsewhere as I did quite a bit of price research. Quick delivery. Good service. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a kawai piano.Side note, some stores would tell you that you need to have the piano tuned before delivery and also after delivery and justify their prices based on that. My own personal experience is it's just the same. Don't think it makes a lot of difference as long as it's tuned after delivery.

Highly recommend the Dandenong store for all your piano needs! They were patient and knowledgeable in helping us pick out our Grand piano. They took the time to explain everything and let us try out a wide variety of pianos. The customer service we received from the manager was phenomenal and we are so impressed. Will recommend them to everyone.

This shop has a wide range of pre-loved and brand new pianos. We were looking for a second hand Japanese upright piano and found a suitable one here with very reasonable price. We loved the service here. Andrew has all the professional knowledge we needed and gave us genuine advice which was very helpful. The free tuning service after delivery is a tick too.
