I was nervous about getting my eyebrows tattooed for the first time so I wanted to make sure I went to a specialist who had come highly recommended to me. I definitely felt in safe hands with Azar and I could not have been more thrilled with the end result. 2 years later, I went back again to have them done, as well as trying the HD lashes. Azar definitely has a very loyal and happy customer in me and I absolutely love her elegant and beautiful salon! She takes pride in every single part of her work and ensures all her clients are provided with the same amazing, overall experience. Could not rate her more highly.

I got my eyebrows tattooed few weeks ago and I must say I am loving it! It has saved me so much time and money already the tattoos are already worth every penny! Zar is a perfectionist and my experience has been pleasant.

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Zar. I was recommended to her by a friend in Sydney. I live on the Central Coast. It takes months to get an appointment with her which was fine, I happily waited and was excited to finally get them done in Feb 2022. I paid $950 for her to do them with a free retouch included. When finishing my appointment Zar asked if happy? and whilst I was looking at them in the mirror she said we can fix anything in your retouch appointment and just to get use to the shape for now. I agreed, and at the counter asked to book the retouch appt. She said Adrianna will be in touch to book it in.4 weeks later Adrianna msg a RETOUCH REMINDER at 9:45pm. Saying appointments should be booked within 3 weeks of Zar’s appt and they are now taking bookings for May/June. We can also add you to the cancellation list if we are fully booked past your 3 month expiry.I replied back 5 weeks later for the retouch booking that I initially wanted to lock in at the counter due to Zar and I both having hectic work schedules. Adrianna replied with ‘she’s sorry but all of our retouch appt should be made within 2 weeks of the initial appt’ and that the appt needs to be done within 3 mths. This was her first point of contact with Zar’s availabilty that was already 3 to 4 mths past my initial appt. Adrianna added me to a cancelation list which she contacted me a few times within the 3 month period. Now 6 months done the track they can offer a colourboost appointment charged at $595.I’m very disappointed with the booking process and missing out on a retouch that was included in my initial price. The appointments aren’t cheap and it was clear a retouch was needed and it would have been efficient to take my retouch booking at the counter face to face when we could both look at our schedules and lock it in, not via text msg late at night 1 month later.Alternatively, I will now go to a local artist on the Central Coast to have Zar’s work touched up.Very disappointing given the reputation and paying the extra $400 to have it done with Zar directly.

Absolutely thrilled with Zar’s work on my eyebrows, especially considering she had to correct tattooing that had previously been done poorly by a different clinic. Zar was super gentle and very professional and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work. You can tell that she is extremely passionate about her work. I’ve recommended her to several friends :-)

I had a great experience with zar initially , but when I had the second brows done, it was itchy and turned out pink. I then asked it to be retouched but she wanted more money and she seemed disinterested for something she could have fixed quickly. Disappointing because I do rate her as a good artist, but customer service is very poor

Shusha Beauty do the best eyebrows in Sydney - highly recommended! I've had my brows brush stroke tattooed twice at other places and this experience was by far the best. The brows are so natural looking and the shape is perfect. Keep up the amazing work!

I was nervous about getting my eyebrows tattoed but I really had no need to be. The salon is beautiful and Zar made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, she discussed everything in detail and made sure I was happy with everything before she began. Zar is an extremely talented lady and has the skills to create the perfect shape and shade to suit your skin tone. She is a true perfectionist, her attention to detail is second to none and as a result she has created the most perfect brows for me, I love them. Highly recommend!!

Brows have never looked so good. I was speechless. I first had the HD brows and then 4 weeks later I tried the henna. Both are perfect. Bridgette is an amazingly talented and skilled artist. She is very knowledgeable and meticulous. I received a lot of compliments at work about my brows and recommend Shusha Beauty straight away. I don't think I'll ever get my brows done anywhere else. My brows mean a lot to me so when I can see where my money's worth has gone to there's no question about price.Easy to walk to from the Kings Cross station. And for me, a cool bonus is the music they play there. Highly recommend.
