Unimpressive & ExpensiveA bit disappointing for a great venue. Food was a bit ordinary-nothing special for price. Coffees and food more expensive than comparable places in the area, and the a Sunday surcharge on top. Over $5 for a coffee and $26.40 for chili scrambled eggs. Service was poor with food arriving without cutlery, so salt on the table. Had to get up multiple times to get it ourselves. Orders were incomplete and when it was pointed out, we were charged twice for the side. Would not recommend, much better options available

Such a beautiful, peaceful place for brunch. Service is spot on, great coffee and interesting choices for brunch. Sitting outside even in winter is protected and lovely if it's sunny.

I have been here for business lunch. Place is busy, but spaced enough to have privacy.Food is good, young and polite staff.

Seems the service has really gone downhill since Megan isn’t around. Today I was in for brunch and the place was packed with only two staff- sally and catherine were putting in 100% behind the counter trying to keep up. Food took forever to come out. Where is management to keep up with demand?

While understanding that staff issues in hospitality prevail, to take a booking on Mothers day you need to be able to serve those bookings. We made a drinks order settled in and then when asked for food order and were told it would be no less than 45 mins due to the kitchen being too busy. We accepted this and ordered cabinet food for the kids.....but then it took over 1.5 hrs for our food while we saw other tables get food before us having ordered after us, this is unacceptable. We all then got our food randomly and ate at different times. Our son with 2 toddlers and on mothers day! had to leave before we got our food because it was just too long. I got my food last 2 hours after ordering, it was just a chicken burger with chips.! We were offered a complementary drink which I gratefully accepted and were also told that our initial coffee order would be taken from the bill , as an apology. None of this happened and I did not want then to have to raise again. I just wanted to leave. The 2 stars are for the wait staff we had who tried their best.

Second time here, this time a lunch with a friend.The food itself was lovely however the regular coffee was very very small, the service was lacklustre, and not particularly friendly. This was at a time the venue wasn’t super busy.Meals weren’t served together (which is fine, but acknowledgement of this would’ve been nice); waitress only cleared half our table; and I was hoping to flag someone down for a second coffee as the first was so tiny, but couldn’t.Extra 10% surcharge on weekends too, on something that was quite pricey.

Nothing exciting about this place. Coffee came Luke warm, even though ordered hot. Sent back. Had the breakfast roll. Very small. Staff not very interested, even though pretty empty food and coffee took ages to come.

Used to be great. Went today at 130 and it was dead… which used to be unheard of. After two minutes it was clear why. Two junior staff doing their best, one older guy handling drinks who was either stoned or completely disinterested. Plenty of vacated tables with dirty glasses that weren’t cleared the whole time we were there. Asked for a very common drink. Took allythree staff to work out they didn’t have the necessary ingredients (a standard summer drink that features in half their Instagram feed) Offered something else I’ve never heard of - not even to taste first. Plates were dirty. Food was average.A family arrived before we left. Directed towards a dirty table. All staff tooling around at the counter. Nobody thought to give them menus. Eventually traipsed over with a bottle of water and pushed the dirty glasses that had been left by the people before them to use. Then took another ten minutes to get their order…. Despite having nothing else to do. Spectacularly disappointing.

Awful food. Awful service. Avoid at all costs. Chips cold and too salty. Burger dry and tasteless.
