Li's Massage

Terrible service ! Please make you a favour and never go there!!To behind with they just put some warm seeds on my back and shoulder, after 5 min she put more in my legs, by this moment we were 15min of 60min of the massage, after she told me to wait 15min more, sorry but if I'm paying for 60min massage I'm expecting massage during this time not just warm seeds. I have a lesson on my knee and between the weight and heat it was really painful I stand up and said it was ok I didn't want anything else and she said jI'll give you the massage just wait I need to go to the toilet

Worst massage experience ever!! She heated a couple of wheat bags in a microwave for 2-3 min and threw them in my back for 5-10min during the 30 min massage time saying ‘it’s good for relaxing and good for my hands’. She went out 3times to the front desk to attend people. I would probably say I only had hands-on massage for less than 15 min. When I came out to pay, she charged me $55 saying it was remedial massage which I didn’t ask for. I said I wanted to have 30min massage and it showed $40 on the price list. When I said that she said ‘I used oil and it costs more for that’. I was not informed about the oil extra charge at all. When I said that she lost her temper and started yelling and swearing at me.She just does not have common sense and worst skill to handle complains. If you want relaxing time by having wheat bags on your body for 5-10min out of your paid massage time, that’s not too bad to try and maybe checking the fee first before having massage even she rushes you to go in.But personally I would never go back to this place again.

This is the worst massage I've ever had. She wasted 15 minutes of my time. She went to the toilet, plus took the hot stone to heat it twice.Also went out once to confirm the time.Don't come even it's your only option

The staff are lovely, unfortunately during massages they answer other clients walking in from the shopping centre, twice on 1 occasion but will finish within the dedicated hour, not fair I feel? they also leave the doors open so it's very noisy with people walking past...they need someone at the desk permanently....

Worst massage I’ve ever had, I asked a for a relaxation massage and received a very painful deep tissue massage! not what I asked her and certainly won’t be back!

A truly wonderful experience! Having contemplated getting a massage at one of the pricier spas in Airlie Beach, I was tempted by the far more competitive prices at Li’s in Whitsunday Plaza. Opting for a 30 minute relaxation massage, the girl that massaged me not only did an exceptional job by taking away my aches and pains, but also made me temporarily forget that I was in a bustling shopping centre! I can‘t recommend Li’s massage enough!

This was anything but a relaxing experience.Worst massage my husband has ever had and I walked out, customer between me and my husband complained as well about how horrendous the experience was. Will never go back.

The lady who gave me a massage was incredibly rough. Stopped a few times through the massage to do other things in and around the shop. Worst of all was the lady was coughing and sneezing on my back and I could feel the spit hit my back. Really gross.Was easily the worst massage experience of my life. Id say you get what you pay for but they're not cheap by any means. Csnt recommend. Horrible really

Have never experienced a massage like this before. Throwing bags of rice on me to ripping my pants down having my rear end completely exposed. Leaving several times during my massage to take calls and speak with clients out the front. Never had my hair pulled for 10 minutes as a massage technique. If you’d like an almost funny experience I’d go if not try someone here else.
