Had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Tint was good but eyebrows were not the same length, one much linger than the other. Really don't like long wild hairs being trimmed either. Plucked out is better. It doesn't take long before wild hairs are longer than the natural eyebrow hairs. In previous visits I have been offered to look at my eyebrows when finished. Not happy. Won't be back.

The staff are amazing and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and at ease with the service. Its great that the staff also remember me even though its sometime between visits. Place is so clean and tidy. Very professional. Highly recommend even for the 20min travel. Maybe one day they will open a store either near Logan or ormeau.

Spray tan was done so quickly that I thought surely it will streak. But was the quickest no fuss tan I've ever had and it came out perfect, despite the tanner being 7 months pregnant! Very thorough and friendly. Highly recommend

Not only is she brilliant at her job, but she is such a beautiful person who makes you sooo comfortable. DONT COME HERE. I don’t write reviews usually because I’m a reasonable and understanding person but this is ridiculous. I’ve got Brazilians here 3 times. My first appointment I told the therapist it was my first ever wax, she gave me no aftercare instructions after a few weeks I was covered in painful ingrowns which was horrible to live with. I have never had ingrowns before even from shaving for 10 years. For my next wax I told the new therapist about the ingrowns to which she sold me cream and gave me proper advice. Second wax was great and the lady was wonderful. My third wax was another different therapist who seemed slightly rushed for time- she was horrible. I was flinching and complaining that the wax was too hot and burning my skin. She just ignored me. She was so rough on me, it hurt worse then my first appt. and she did nothing to comfort or reassure me despite me being in such a vulnerable position. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I left that appointment BLEEDING and raw from the burns and how rough she was. That was my last appointment approx 6 months ago and I still have ingrowns to this day.Today My mother (who gets underarm waxing here) told me she was also burnt at her appointment yesterday by a young staff member. It was SO BAD she couldn’t even finish the service.This service is just unacceptable. Go anywhere else.
