Hungry Jack's Burgers Mt Sheridan
I went the drive through 20 minutes ago. I came home and they forgot my bacon deluxe burgers. I got 2 bacon deluxe hunger tamers. And all I got was 2 bbq cheese burgers chips and nuggets. I PAID $36.00 for them for 2 forgot the main burgers. I called up and they said I have to drive back and prove it to them. I don’t have my licence and my grandma kindly drove me there after I finished work. I’m not going to make her drive there again. As it’s late and we live in Edmonton. They said there is nothing they can do unless I come back and prove it. If it were the bbq burgers I wouldn’t be mad. But it’s the main burger. Not good enough and it wasn’t even busy we were the only car in the drive through

Been to this store three times now and the food is consistently bad. Burgers are missing ingredients such as sauce, pickles and onion!!! nothing important just all the good bits i paid for. seems like throwing a mountain of lettuce on incomplete burgers is store policy.

Wish I could do 0 stars.. I decided to go here again and try their food, didn't even have what I wanted so I just got a chocolate icecream Sunday for almost $4 and I got half the cup of ice cream.. if you guys wanted to give such little ice cream make the cup smaller so you use less plastic or just don't sell it.. very disappointed and not coming here and using my money ever again..

The whoppers are always top notch, the grilled chicken is bland, the chips are a coin toss on whether they're stale or fresh and everything else is incredibly oily.The staff are polite and friendly, the wait time during peak is fair, but when it's quiet they're often understaffed and you can end up waiting 25 mins for your order.

It was pouring down. Ordered via app. Super looooong wait for food (sitting in the carpark waiting for them to bring the food out). Received the 'share chips' only to find you get half a box if that, though they were at least hot. Asked for no salt, however it was salted. The burgers (all of them) were cold. Drinks had ice although it was requested to have none. Disappointed is an understatement. No meeting the 'usual minimum standard' from this store - a warm-ish burger and a full pack of cold chips is minimum standard right?

This restaurant was clean with indoor and outdoor seating options and a covered playground. The service was fast and the staff were helpful. The manager was actively supervising the staff and keeping the tables cleared. Only downside is that most of the furniture feels hard and lacks comfort. More booths with padded seats or perhaps some cushioned chairs might help to give this place a warmer, less clinical feel. Food was tasty and well priced. I would eat here again.

The slowest drive through today at Mt Sheridan...what on earth was going on...butbthe food is always brilliantly cooked here at this store....for goodness sake help the person on the microphone...you cannot here nor understand the poor lass....improve the microphone or her diction...its impossible to understand....and so slow as none of us could get our orders through correctly...
