Vivo Living

I have lived here for 6 months and I have enjoyed every moment of it. I am always looking forward going home and just relaxed after work. The management was very supportive of all my concerns and would respond straight away if I have questions or inquiries.

Lovely unit. So clean modern and safe. Better option than older apartment buildings in the area. I liked knowing that all utility costs are included in my rent. It made bugetting super easy.

The owner of the building is rude, confrontational and cheap; He has installed multiple movement sensors/fire alarms in each unit, each unit has a timed power sensor which means your electricity automatically shuts off (you could be in the shower and all lights/fan turn off which is extremely dangerous), fire alarm testing at random times (sometimes early mornings around 8am), cleaners cleaning outside your door early mornings sometimes around 7-8am, regular visits to your unit to install random things, passive aggressive maintenance emails, rude/aggressive handyman stomping around the halls daily and many more caveats. Building managers have been professional but it doesn’t make up for the rude owner (owner is at the building daily) that will impact your living and the constant staff that are constantly around the building making it feel like a work place rather than a living space. Not recommended at all if you have another option.

Vivo provide great support to their tenants, and always put their needs first.

My partner and I have been living at Vivo Living apartments for 3 months now. We have had nothing but fantastic experiences. Carl has gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need as well as making us feel welcome, and valued. He always stops for a chat and keeps us informed about anything up and coming in the apartments. Honestly, couldn't ask for a better property manager. Planning on staying for as long as possible :)

I moved into this property with my partner when it was just built. The rooms were fully contained and all of the bills were included. It's a great concept of living for the Sutherland Shire. I couldn't recommend a better place to live!

Rip off. Carl the property manager is extremely rude and condescending and openly tries to scam new tenants. Take your money elsewhere.

Vivo living for me, has been the best decision I have ever made. The convenience of this type of living far outweighs my expectations. Carl has been so accommodating as the building manager and nothing is too hard for him to organise. His patience and friendly demeanour makes living at this facility very comfortable.
