What a joke this store is. 2 weeks ago, took full deposit for 2 bedside lamps and was told they will be delivered in 2 weeks (today). Rang today and got told, sorry another 2 weeks. Disgraceful customer service from a supposed quality store. Avoid at all costs.

A very comprehensive lighting showroom. Went for a model found online. Out of stock. Selected another. Out of stock. Staff helpful. Parking in the area..best look on google to get a quiet time !

Aaron and the team were fantastic! We needed a replacement for an item we thought was just out of warranty so prepared to pay but Aaron went though the warranty with us and was able to replace the part. He also gave me great piece of mind for the future and I will definitely be heading to beacon for all my lighting needs now! Thanks Aaron!

Just went to Morayfield Beacon lighting and asked the girl behind the counter why she wasn’t wearing a mandatory mask and she replied” I don’t have to and it’s none of your business why not. I don’t have to serve you if you don’t want. “Wow what amazing customer service

Finished building a new home and had all lighting supplied by Beacon Amander and her team are fabulous and got a great deal out of it as well. Down fall is the warranty department are super rude towards you doesn't matter how much money you spend. But the morayfeilf store is just amazing. Thank you.
