Capital Radiology Berwick

I have had several procedures done here, including another one today.The medical team are very professional, caring, patient, reassuring and friendly.Reception staff are welcoming and pleasant to talk to.Cannot find fault with anything.

Waiting on hold for over 1 hour and no answer. Would love to know how exactly patients are supposed to make appointments as no one really has time to wait on hold for hours during a work day?! Booking system really needs to be improved (as per nearly every other review)

went for a foot x ray, the receptionists and staff were all incredibly lovely! i was in and out within 5 minutes and they gave me all the information i needed. bulk billed as well, this is my new go to ❤️

Sam (I believe her name was) was an absolute gem - helped me sort out an issue I was having getting my results sent to a clinic and even took the time to find the answer and call me back when it was resolved - super happy with the service I got from her!

I should have checked these reviews before booking. Arrived at my appointment 10 min late due to unforeseen circumstances. Even though the receptionist called and said its ok if i am there within 10 min and i was, she went ahead and cancelled my appointment. I had taken off from work and she expected me to take off again next week for the appointment. She argued with me for 5 minutes instead of taking me in and saving the hussle and time. Will never book with them again.

On the phone for half an hour then it clicks off by itself . Tried again for another half an hour still no one picks up . just to get an mri appointment. Still haven't got one.Don't know what to do to actually get through ..

Customer service is horrible, I asked if I could see a female medical professional and the person who I spoke with on the phone explained why there would be a male in some occasions, and when I said okay fair enough, Ill try other places she hung up without ending conversation with a Goodbye !!! I found her tone and the way she handled this at the end completely unprofessional.

Beautifully understanding and kind staff. Were so wonderful in assisting me to find a booking for an ultrasound - understanding I was a concerned mum to be and helping where they could. The right mix of professional and caring.Keep it up guys! You are doing a fantastic job

Walked in for 1.20 appointment. Person in front of me was told to quickly fill out their paperwork as they were late. Reception staff ridiculously short and rude. At 2 I asked how much longer before I was seen as need to pick my kids up. Receptionist came back and said they were going to be at least another 45 mins meaning I wouldn't be seen until at least 2.45! The irony is they were telling another patient off earlier for being a few mins late!While waiting I saw another Receptionist her frustrated at a patient who didn't speak English and then yanked the paperwork out of the patients hand and barked at them to sit down.Irony of having a sign saying you reception staff deserve respect yet they do not show the same courtesy to their patients
