Garry was appointed the agent for our ageing parents house. Garry & his team had some very good, practical suggestions for minor modifications to the house & assisted us to bring the house up to a marketable level. During the sales process, Garry followed up with every party, after every open house & private viewing, in some cases, several times. He was always open & communicative with us & his hard work was rewarded with a sale at a good price in a very difficult market.
