Great service and straight-forward installation. The team were all very friendly and on-time.

I had a really good experience with this company from start to finish.Andrew has a wonderful manner and made me feel very comfortable when he took me through the options for different systems. He was attentive and knowledgeable. Once I had chosen my option a date was easily booked for installation and the installation team showed up on time. The guys were respectful and I think the quality of their work was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and I am really happy with the product they provided.Would definitely go with this company again and have recommended to other people.

I was extremely impressed with Clean Energy Direct from start to finish. They fully explained the process of applying for the rebates etc.. and were happy to answer any questions I had. The installers were experienced and did a very clean job.

Good to deal with sales wise. I am happy with the Enphase/Sunpower system, it works great. Installation looks good and clean. However after the system was online there was no export to the grid. I was able to see there was an issue on the app and from my retailers app. The problem has been resolved, only after I contacted CED about the issue. If I didn't query them about the problem, I may have gone some weeks or months without getting solar in feed tariff, instead of the 19 days I lost.
