Got caught in a pickle this morning, with a dead battery in the Supercheap auto car park. Supercheap didn't have the right battery I needed in stock (after buying and returning the wrong battery) and were no help whatsoever. Luckily, one of the team members from Batteries on Para happened to be in the store, and offered to help me out. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me out, but he was friendly and helpful, and picked up the battery for me and installed it for $20 cheaper than the one from Supercheap. The car initially didn't start but your team member helped diagnose what the problem might have been for me (who is not mechanically inclined), and an hour later I was on my way. I can't thank or recommend you guys enough!!
